The first room we had was not great. Had a funny smell, toilet didn't work and ants in one of the beds. The front desk staff upgraded us to a better room with a full kitchen ( be prepared for full kitchen rooms no dishes or anything to cook with) This room smelt clean and was clean. The staff was friendly. We travelled in Dec which they consider off season so restaurant wasnt open.

Asked to see the room before checking in. Was told no. Got to the room. Putrid smell upon opening the door. Dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Immediately checked out! Will never book there again!

While the hotel is older and maybe not equipped with 5 star amenities, everyone is lovely! Well situated, very clean.

Ignore the bad reviews, this is a beachy hotel with a Florida flavour, lush greenery, spotless rooms in excellent condition, heated pool which was well kept and refreshing. The staff were helpful and informative, kind and attentive. Yanna especially made the vacation fun with her upbeat personality and friendliness. Can't wait to stay here again!

Started with quick and early check in, which I was very thankful for with a hungry and tired 8yo. Quick nap and into the very nice heated pool. You can tell the rooms have been cleaned very well, your feet remain clean. NO bugs. Theres a mini fridge and microwave to use; an ice machine down the hallway. The only complaint we had which wasnt a huge issue was the bathroom could have been wider for the toilet, it was lacking in space for the fluffy members of the family; and the bed was pretty noisy. Every time I rolled over or got up I woke my husband up, but not a huge issue just used to our bed at home. Oh and the door handles need fixed they’re getting loose. But I would recommend this place to anyone its clean, peaceful and comfortable and no one bothers you.
