Luved it..but....The front desk needs so much adjusting..starting with at least 4 CSRs and terminals for the whole day..Then look at the numbers and adjust. This is insane. I saw a lady in line since I got there. She had a drink or water or something from the "Store" area. She just finally put the product down and walked away in a huff. That let me know not to expect help in any kind of timely manner..(stood in line for a chance to check into my reservation for about 40 mins). And that is a bummer because the limited amount of time we have to enjoy the room when it's available. I didn't know at that point how much I would love it, but I would want to check in as early as possible whenever reserving. We were never told about a cost associated with parking as a guest. It was disheartening to pay out so much for parking, especially when I had called ages ago and was told no charge. It's a beautiful property and we were very privileged to be there. The water taxi was *chef's kiss*. Especially going to dinner at night. Wow. We both want to return. The walk to the beach was brief. I enjoyed stopping at leisure to check out a beautiful clothing shop. What a gorgeous beach..I always wanted to discover what Ft L had as far as white sand. Clear glass in bathroom stressed me out, but it was so nice to shower in there,. despite the water streaming out to flood the bathroom floor. I finally just put towels down there. Noone available to come up. Also, the Bell Man needs a RAISE!!!

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I frequently order items online when I travel and have never had an issue receiving them—until now. I had a package delivered, only to find out it was mysteriously returned. I never received it, so who authorized the return? Even more frustrating, after speaking with the front desk, I made it clear that I would be returning on a specific date and expected deliveries. I even noted my check-in date on my order to avoid any issues. Yet again, my package was returned. No explanation, no apology—just complete disregard. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have traveled across the globe and never experienced anything like this. The lack of accountability and communication from the staff was truly disappointing.

Our travel plans changed, and we arrived at the hotel super early. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage with valet. There was a water taxi stop right on site, so we went and explored for the afternoon, very cool.

The rooms and grounds were dirty and not kept up. The same dirty tissue was on the console by the elevator for 4 days, there was scum and mold on the shower door, the balcony does not appear to have been cleaned in ages. Housekeeping was hit or miss. On day one they took our dirty towels but didn’t replace them. Our toilet paper and tissues were not replaced, we had to go ask for them. The pullout bed was so uncomfortable that it was unusable. The area by the pool was just dirty. The same used cups/trash were left for days. The hot tub start knob was broken and people were using a fork to start it. On the 3rd day it was fixed, but broken again on the 4th day. There were only a very limited amount of towels by the pool. To associate this hotel with the name Hilton is ridiculous

Location is the best thing about this property. So disappointed with this place now .It was a wonderful place to stay in the past but the last two years it feels like customers aren’t the most important. Feel like they are doing us a favour letting us stay here . We won’t be using this property again . Plus the problem we had with missing our first night because of flight cancellation the hotel is Expedia as well didn’t solve our issue with missing our first night . We have to rethink a lot on this trip . Sorry but customer service is everything. You could over look lots of that was there .
