Stayed the night before our cruise. Great location and we were able to park our car there while on our cruise for a very reasonable rate. Room very comfortable and free shuttle to cruise port was perfect.

The hotel is definitely a bit dated. The rooms have been renovated but there is a still cigarette stench lingering throughout....which you can smell as spon as you walk through the doors. Our room floor was pretty dirty. We used clorox wipes to clean the floors as best we could but it needs a good sweep, mop down disinfection. For the price I expected better. It was decent for a short two night stay until cruise day.

There is some deferred maintenence. Shower door wouldnt open on one side. It wouldnt move easily. Had to get in right under the shower head. There were no wash clothes. I asked for some and was told if i wanted them i could come to the front desk. I tried the coffee pot about half dozen times and it wouldnt work. I told them and got zero response. I tried a different receptacle and it finally worked. The floor was so dirty that our feet stuck and were filthy. The bar in the shower is loose. Manager was very kind when i told him.

The property was updated and looked nice and clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was very nice having a quick drive from the airport and to Port Everglades.

Older facility but clean. Very friendly staff. We waited quite awhile for the airport shuttle to arrive but it was a very busy Saturday afternoon with heavy traffic. Shuttle cost was $20 but when we booked our stay the website said there was a free airport shuttle. Evidently after we booked they made a change to start charging.
