Booked here for proximity to the Cruise terminal and the hotel advertised free included shuttle service. The shuttle service was NOT free by the time we traveled! Shuttle service was sub-par (waited 45 min at the airport before a shuttle was available) ==> use Uber - faster and more convenient.

When we checked into the hotel the room key did not open room door, we had to go back to lobby and they gave us another room. This room faces the lobby and has no soundproofing. We heard everyone doing late checkin. The shower floor looks like vinyl tiles stuck on the original tile. Bed was super hard and sheets were rough. Definitely not what I expected when I paid about $300 CAD for the one night stay. Tried to complain by calling front desk when we arrived but the phone to connect to manager on duty or front desk only rings busy. Were too tired to go down to lobby to get another room change as we had already changed. We only had a few hours sleep and the noise in the lobby starts again with people getting up for breakfast and or checking out.

The area around the hotel was fun, walkable and easy to find new dining spots every night. The decor inside the hotel was unique and the actual artwork in the rooms and within the hallways was beautiful and magical! The only downer was the parking. To avoid the $25 daily valet fee, you had to do some logistics to get from your vehicle inside to the hotel.
