First room we got smelled like mold. There was literally mold growing on the lamp shade. They moved us 2 doors down and it was even worse. After smelling two more more we got a room on the first floor that was livable. We had no other choice but to stay here as we had both been up for 2 days driving and just needed to get into a room. Building is old and needs a lot of work. They tried to mask the smell with some type of oily goo cleaner to overpower the mold smell. Staff was nice and tried to keep finding us a room. Not their fault.

After prepaying for a king I ended up with a queen 2 beds front desk seemed annoyed I wanted what I paid for found a king room go inside and it’s someone else’s room suitcase inside toiletries in the bathroom thank god the person wasn’t inside go back down stairs again to her told her what happened didn’t apologize just I don’t have any kings I can look for one tomorrow on my shift get a queen wake up and roach running across the counter thank god she had left Jonathan helped tremendously got me going into another room who ever she was as someone who works in customer she’s not someone you should ever have at your front desk will never book here again. Jonathan was great and I really appreciate him taking the time out to find a new room for me. Here are pics of the room that Someone else was already checked into and the condition of the room and the amount of times I had to change rooms

Diamond at the front desk has always been a pleasure whenever I stay here. Keep her around forever!! Only mishap is a few of my towels were a dirty but overall room was clean, bathroom was clean. Comfortable and quiet. 2 thumbs up!

There were shopping bags & garbage from previous occupants in & around the room. The telephone system was not attached to the general system and the front desk could not be reached from the room. In reporting it to the night staff, the attitude was one of disgust with me, and insolent remarks were made which caused an argument. I would not return here or recommend.
