The staff are friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. I was not too far from the concert venue or FLL airport. Some of my concerns are, the bathroom sink stopper was positioned almost to close which caused the water to flow slowly. Also, it was my first time paying for parking at a Hampton Hotel. The parking is $28 per day. You can leave and return as many times as you wish but it will cost $28 per day. However, I sawed a security guard roaming the garage to ensure everything is secure and safe. I do love that. Also, going up the ramp is a little tricky ascending or descending, so please be cautious:). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this property and I will stay there again.

Workers on a Sunday? Shame on you.
It was on a Sunday and you had workers glueing new carpet sections outside all the doors on my floor, #4. I was not informed when I took the room that this would be happening. It was a Sunday and they were making noise all day. At one point I couldn’t leave the room because outside the door sticky glue covered the entire floor. I don’t understand why it would even be put on this floor. Or at least be informed. This was very poor show from the hotel.

My husband and I booked at the Hampton Inn Downtown Las Olas and were very disappointed. There was no customer service, the room was extremely dirty; and among asking for a room transfer the manager was completely rude. Instead of switching the room he tried to offer us two free drinks. Do not waste your time here, and go somewhere you’ll actually enjoy your trip.

Not up to Hampton standards. Old and run down. In a sort of rough neighborhood so have use card to enter building but that didn’t work so had to go to other entrances to find one that worked. Ice machine on our floor was broken so had to go to multiple floors to find one that worked. Was very disappointed with the $28 charge for parking that was not disclosed when reserving. Just not a pleasant experience.

Throughout the years of me traveling to Fort Lauderdale amd staying to different hotels by far Hampton Inn down town was indeed one of my favorites. The property felt so clean and safe and some of the stuff had amazing customer service for the lady that helped me at the front desk to the lady from the breakfast area on the second floor. I must also talk about how clean the room was house keeping did there big one on insuring that the room was clean every day bed made up and the fresh clean towels everyday. Like I said we had a great time we enjoyed every bit of vacation and we can’t wait to book with you guys again. So it’s safe to say that I give you guys a 10/10 keep up the good work.

Property could definitely use some updating. Rooms are simply OK. Breakfast menu lacked selection for individuals (like myself) that do not eat meat/vegan. Pool/gym were conveniently available throughout the majority of the day. Snack room should provide more options! I appreciate the bottles of water received during check in. Front desk staff were both friendly and accomdating (I requested a late check out which was gracefully honored) Location is good. Fairly close to restaurants and other shopping. The bar should offer more convenient hours for late night eats.
