Kind of a dated smell to the room which was spacious and loaded with amenities. I got to compare when we went to a Hyatt which had a sweeter smell. Front desk personnel were professionally friendly but an oriental girl seemed to be genuinely friendly. Great location for restaurants and shopping(airport destroyed a suitcase and we walked to a nearby Burlington for a new one), good job on the oatmeal, eggs and coffee at the breakfast.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, showing no care whatsoever!!! The customer service is poor!! The room was a little dirty and with a wet carpet. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it.

Although the building is being planted. This hotel needs total updating. There is carpeting everywhere and it is disgusting. The lobby the hallways the bedrooms. The bedrooms look somewhat updated but the carpet is sticky gross and the AC does not cool. We have stayed a many Hampton Inns and found this one run down terrible mattresses pillows. The checking in staff was wonderful the check out guy could care less. Over all we were not please and will make sure to not book this particular property again.

The communication for shuttle service from airport was terrible. We called, got connected to a number that the mailbox was full. Tried calling hotel and explained and they connected us back to same number. Third call was sent to SMS and we hoped someone would come get us. They did after one full hour and we barely made it on. Hotel was dirty and carpet was not good. We spent $368 for one night- TERRIBLE for 2 people. The lady in the morning at the front desk was exceptional and friendly making sure everyone made it to the cruise port. Breakfast was fair.

Front desk worker did not come out to check us in for 10 minutes, and then strolled out on her phone without a care. Fire alarms went off at 5am with no communication from hotel staff afterwards. Hotel was dingy and outdated.
