This hotel is nice, however, cleaning is not a service provided unless you pay extra for it which is absolutely ridiculous. A cup of cranberry juice is $11. They charge for beach towels and chairs to sit on the beach. Basically all you get for the price you pay is the room which you will clean yourself unless you pay extra.

I was disappointed by the food at the YaMas Grill on premises. The fact that it was the only food allowed on the beach, breezeway or pool is a huge drawback and would definitely prevent me from returning. But, it also was overpriced and not very tasty.

Small boutique hotel with the amenities I was looking for, I was able to get great walks in and laid by the pool. I opted to work out elsewhere, but there was plenty for what I needed if I wanted to.

Be a little more up front that its valet parking only. Didnt know that till we arrived. $25 a day parking. Also they charge you for chairs for the private beach. Tough to bring chairs when you fly in. Other than those two things was a very nice place.

Parking is a big issue! They charge $25 a day and it’s a separate company. I was able to check in at 1:00 but valet only recognizes a 2:00 check in so $50 was my fee. I only stayed overnight so when I went to check out the next day, I decided to pay cash but the attendant decided to pocket my cash , told me he would text the receipt waiting on his manager,and charge my credit card. So I paid $100 went back to the hotel fighting for my $50 back. The parking is the reason I would never stay at this hotel again as check out is recognized only at 2 o’clock so if you decide to enjoy the beach for the day after 2 o’clock, you’re paying another $25. Completely ridiculous when you check into a hotel that should be when your time starts so if I would’ve enjoyed the beach, I was paying $75 for an overnight fee. Definitely not OK.

It's a beautiful hotel right on the beach! The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach area is a bit short but I believe there has been some erosion recently. The staff were helpful and friendly; although parking was expensive, the crew managing it was amazing!

Great rooms, poor service

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We enjoyed the beachside location. Valet service was also great. However, I could not request any room cleaning service during my 3 night stay, which was quite disappointing.

Unclean common areas. Valet required for parking. Shower flooded the floor everytime younised it. This is a design flaw and due to the placement of the cheap door. I appreciated the location and staff, but nothing else. They need to rebuild this hotel.

good helpful staff. easy checkin. The room however was small and the bed was right next to the A/C unit - I tried to deflect the fan with a tshirt. Beautiful balcony view. only in this room for 1 night. Pool overlooking the Ocean was amazing. Note: parking and beach chairs cost extra.
