I enjoyed my three night stay in the suite. However if you’re a light sleeper the walls are a bit thin so you can hear the movement of your neighbors. Parking was a bit difficult but manageable as there was additional parking on the other side of the building. Other than that the staff was great and so was the complimentary breakfast. You’re within walking distance to many restaurants and shops are just a short uber away. Would definitely recommend.

The common sitting area needed to be cleansed. But the room was clean, the soap was dove which was a plus, and we got to check in at 2pm instead of 3. And they had hot breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are okay in the common areas but the bathrooms were missing many areas of care. The was mold in the ceiling, hair on the floor, the tub was peeling everywhere, and the grout in the shower was brown. I called down to receive a luggage rack and the black lady at the desk told me I could only use it downstairs. Unprofessional and very subpar. Definitely will never stay with the IHG brand again in the south Florida area.

I thought I was staying a night at a reputable chain. Instead I was at a rundown hotel in lousy area. My room fridge was unplugged with smelly water leaking from the inside. The carpet in the room was filthy with stains and cigarette burns I don’t know how they got their decent rating
