By far the best hotel in Plantation Florida

It has to be by far the most beautiful and welcoming hotel we stayed at in Plantation Florida! The staff was very professional and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. On our last morning we had to leave at 06:00am and the breakfast opens at 06:30am. They made an exception and opened just for us!!

It was newly renovated and refurbished, but I felt really bad because there were a few things that I thought were disappointing. Everything was really good, but I thought they just had to fix those few things.

The location was convenient to major thoroughfares. It was also walkable to a variety of dining options. There were a couple issues with the premises that staff didn't seem to care about - namely a broken ice maker and lack of towels at the pool.

When we first arrived on Febr 16th, we could not get into our room before 1700 hrs. That is 2 hours later than advertised.That was very disappointing because we were travelling for more than 12 hours and were tired. Coffee machines were always not working.One day our room was not cleaned.
