Microwave and refrigerators are always a plus nowadays 👍👍being as though so many hotels have done away with microwaves in the rooms. Customers services was excellent and rooms were really clean.

The front desk girl was not helpful when I called for the shuttle and very rude. The entry door to the hotel was locked and she didn’t respond to the doorbell or knocking right away. I called the desk from our room and she put me on hold for 7 minutes. Just rude and unprofessional behavior.

This place was very clean and comfortable. Had no issues and they provided complimentary airport shuttle. Make sure to let the front desk know you need it though so they can have the shuttle be there when you need it. When we come back to FL we will defiantly be staying here again!
