Our room was very basic, had to switch rooms upon arrival as the original room had a strong smell of bleach when you walked into the room. The smell was overwhelming. Staff was very accommodating and gave us another room which was a little better smell wise. Our room had no plastic cups like normal hotels provide. Only parking is on the street at $30 per day. Lots of restaurants in the area, beach is 5 min walk Bathroom was tiny, barely enough room for one person. Bathroom fixtures were from the 70’s

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise in February 2025. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean. It was nice to not need a carnand just walk the boardwalk that was right there. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is the best! Walking distance to the beach. The unit's wall is just a bit too thin. You can hear everything from outside your unit. But the place is lovely

The room was very nice and clean. The evening desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and kind. She told everything that we needed to know about the property.

Good location Ok accommodations

The location was good. We stayed in the buildings with multiple floors. There was a very strong smell in the hallways/room, maybe a cleaner. The rooms were in ok condition but dated. The floors were old, the curtains did not close all the way, no way to control AC, the bathroom shower was new, but the sink and storage area were dated.

The staff was sooo nice! Especially Nora who went out of her way to help us. You are less than a block from the boardwalk that has mamy shops, restaurants, bars, etc. I would definately stay hereagain!

Super short walk to the beach. They were able to accommodate our early arrival. Room was fine and liked that there was all outdoor area too hang out in. The best thing was the free towels, chairs and umbrella we could bring to the beach. Hollywood beach was great with shops, restaurants and live music.

Great location!

After looking at over 100 places to stay at in the Hollywood area, we picked the Hollywood Beach Suites, and we made the right choice! The location was excellent, and the staff was excellent. 10 out of 10!

It’s a 3-story building. No elevator. With multiple bags of luggage it can be challenging for people with mobility issues. The staff all seemed to not like their jobs. Came back to my suite to find that somebody had used the bathroom while we were out )seat was left up and unflushed) despite it being locked (obviously staff). When we went to front desk to complain, the gal behind the counter just stared at me, not offering any apologies or explanation. Finally offering “What do you want me to do? Call the police?”. Condescending and rude.
