Service is excellent. Expedia canceled my hotel and offered a fleabag hotel for the week and no refund if I refuse. Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate. Booked 2 rooms originally, hotel brought in extra bed and did not charge for anything extra. They sent chocolate and wine to our room as a gift for the inconvenience which was not their mistake. Will not use Expedia again but will return to Hollywood Beach boutique hotel and suites for sure

This property is more home of a feel than a hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is wonderful and attentive. The location is excellent, a close walk to the boardwalk. This is my 4th stay here and it has never disappointed.

The location was perfect The hotel was dated but clean The staff were friendly and efficient They provided chairs and towels for the beach which was a 2 minute walk I would definitely return in the future

We stayed here a second time after our cruise. It was extremely convenient to get to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was also convenient to the airport. Only about 20 minutes in a ride share.

The staff was exceptional and the room was always well cleaned. Only downside was the water pressure was a bit weak but I was ok with that. The property is basically 3 minute walk from the beach.

I come here every year sometimes multiple times, the ladies at the desk remember me and it feels nice to know when I walk in the door that they are there to great! The ladies there are fantastic! The property is amazing hunts I come here all the time but the hotel is placed very conveniently on the board walk with tons of restaurants just steps away! The hotel also gives out beech chairs in the office and they give you a beach bag that has beach towels for your family. The last time I went I got a free upgrade so I got to experience a different type of room there normally I get just a queen room it’s the perfect size but they put me in a studio which was also really nice I fell in love with this place mainly because of the staff the ladies are just wonderful and honor of the way to make everyone happy! They know every year I will return at least twice

At first glance of our room my husband and I thought to ourselves what have we gotten ourselves into but it was so perfect. We literally have no complaints. The staff was super friendly. They have beach chairs and towels available at no charge. The room was spotless. It was right by the beach as well as plenty of food options. We were only there one night before our cruise but will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful service. We arrived early in the morning from a very long flight and the host was kind enough make arrangements for us to check in 2 hrs early. We were so tired and needed some sleep - the 2 hours made a HUGE difference. Thank you for accommodating us!! Will visit again!

Perfect location!! Nice little area. Old villas but clean and close to everything! It's on the boardwalk where everything's going on. There's lots of restaurants, bars, live music, souvenir shops and the beach. I would stay there again.

The property is older and in need of renovations. The staff are nice and helpful. It is in a great location. The bed was comfortable, however, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
