Booked this hotel showed up with all of my luggage and was told to walk five minutes down the road because they were overbooked to their sister hotel, which was a complete dump. I spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the white towel was black due to dirty floors…. The room smelled so strong smell of bleach yet still so dirty.

Room Was cleaned with very strong cleaning products smell didn’t go away the whole time we were there. Room Was very small and attached to another hotel room. You could Hear the persona conversations Next door snoring cooking washing dishes.

This was the single worse motel I have ever seen let alone been to. The pictures aren't misleading they are a complete lie. Shattered glass in both windows, broken bedding, lighting, cabinets, water pressure, and overall unsafe and dirty. They make you pay a 100 dollar security deposit a full on scam. Don’t ever come to this property it is not a hotel, it is not a motel, I would have rather slept in my car. Not an kidding left the property right after taking pictures of the horrid conditions.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There were issues with the booking that Helen W quickly resolved. I would not stay in the hotel again but she did everything to accommodate our group.

I’m writing a review because I liked my stay and I feel (after reading the reviews) that I should help clarify type of property this is. This is a very traditional old style “Miami style “ beach motel. It’s not fancy but it’s very cozy, clean a quiet. I heard people arguing over the rates when they get there; I am assuming this is because the rates on this app don’t match the rates given when you get there… And the way the property manager breaks it down may confuse some… But after a quick check I can say that the price was fair and the manager was even willing to match a better offer if I found one. Nice place to stay 👌

The room were the worst and it didn’t have 2 queen beds as I reserved.. It was canceled because they didn’t have a room on the premises that had 2 queen beds so they refunded me my Deposits and said I have to get with with you about refund. Don’t waste your money

The stay overall was terrible. The room was dirty , unkept and beds not comfortable at all. Sheets smelled weird and were partially made. Hairs in the shower and sink. Water did not get hot or even warm in the shower so we had to skip that all together . The floor was slippery. The person staying next to us was vomiting terribly outside our door for hours all night long so we didn’t get any sleep whatsoever. I asked for a late check out which the lady at the front extended by 1 hour which we appreciated but we feel that she could have done more considering our check in wasn’t until 9pm to start.

Don’t even bother

The walls had holes. The pillows were uncomfortable. The walls paper thin. Everyone including management slammed doors ALL NIGHT. It’s seriously not even worth it.

The property was filthy smelled of marijuana There were people smoking marijuana out in the open the room smelled full of mold and then the man just said if you don't want to stay here I can send you to one of our other properties in North Miami we got there and not only did they not want to honor the price they charged us $22 more if we were to stay the room there was no cups to make coffee there the refrigerator was not working In the bathroom there was only 2 towels no face towels no washrags the room smelled We went downstairs to the desk to state I'll come soon and she said we don't give extra towels or Facetime but if you want cops I will check and see if I have any Went back up to the room and the key did not work So we had to go downstairs to have the key program again the second time At that point going back up at this point the elevator would not close findley the closes get back to the room Change our clothes and decide what's going to go out for dinner Get back to the hotel and the front door would not be open we have to knock on the glass for someone to come and open the sliding open door I'm so sorry the sense is not looking properly we'll work here and gain getting fixed Go upstairs to our room and our keys not working I have to go back downstairs to get the key reprogram again Go upstairs to our room and our keys not working I had to go back downstairs to get the key reprogram again I'm actually done writing If I'm not satisfied with the resolution I wi
