The property is good, I just wish I’d know it was next to a brightline station that warrants a lot of people walking and hanging around. Be careful when venturing out at night and during the day

I liked the hotel chain, that is why I chose this particular one. However, it was near the local train station, trains passing often and earlier than expected . There were lots of transients hanging out there, made it feel unsafe. The staff were helpful when I had concerns or questions. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open.

The property it’s in a safe area it’s looking good too also there’s certain issue it’s the pool it’s in renovation and also you need to paid for parking! After that everything was good!

Not my best experience
I would stay again but sad that Hotels.com advertised that the pool was open and when I got there it was under construction. Also, everything went well until it was time to check out. There were people waiting to be helped and the guy at the front desk was too busy texting his housekeeper. He was extremely rude.

The room was very nice but the property entrance was a bit spooky at night with a couple of homeless people hanging around. The property just didn’t feel as safe as we’d expect.

Staff were very friendly and did a good job with what they had to work with. Rooms were clean but visibly worn. Watch out for the homeless that try to get you to let them in to use the facilities.

The room was fine in size, but not all the outlets worked, and the area is very iffy. It is next to a bus terminal and overlooks a semi-bad neighborhood.
