First night in and the people were sketchy around. This hotel is more for people if they want to live there and rent everyday. The rooms were cleaned and bleached, but during the night roaches were all over the floor. So I had to leave within one night of sleeping there.

Picture was not representative of the facility. Employee told me she wouldn’t check me in because the next person was coming in in 10 minutes and if she did it for me then the next employee wouldn’t have anything to do so she told me I had to wait.

The hotel is full of low-life people The room card didn't work and actert three attempts wt they sent the security with the master key, to let us in Once inside the room, roaches all over the place. I have a video of that That was it for us, we left that place and we need our money back.

During my recent stay at HomeTowne Studios & Suites, I encountered a mix of experiences. While the majority of the staff displayed unprofessionalism and, at times, rudeness, one standout employee truly made a difference: Viva. Her kindness, hospitality, and dedication to guest satisfaction were exceptional. Viva's positive attitude and willingness to assist turned my stay around and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend recognizing her efforts, as she is a true asset to the hotel. Thank you, Viva, for your outstanding service!

On arrival we were greeted by a group of people in the parking lot partying with trunks open an music blaring, this should have been a sign but we continued to check in. Felicia (host) required a 100$ deposit and had me initial a full page of regulations ( another sign). Now the worst part… the room, only one of our keys worked after several attempts, opened door to horrible musty smells, dead roach on table, graffiti on wall, sand on top of bed, kitchen was totally stripped of any cookware, cups, coffee machine, dinnerware,ext… The cabinet under sink was corroded and moldy, bathroom filthy, toilet seat broken. Security lock hanging off wall. Woken up in middle of evening to someone banging on our door and yelling to us, it was front desk and security to see if we were there. I reported all things above but was told by Felicia that because it’s a third party booking she couldn’t do anything, we will complain to Expedia in morning. Hoping for a good resolution to a bad experience.

I didn’t like the front of the property when I got there, it is completely different from the photos. I’m a handicap and no elevator in the building It was hard to climb the stairs up due to the number of black people seated there smocking, drinking and blocking, even after asking to clear the way I got worried when someone tried to enter into my room by turning the door nob and pushing itself inn by force I reported to the office
