Very clean and new! The shuttle from the airport was amazing. Just called the hotel when we landed, they directed us where to go to wait, and the shuttle was there 15 minutes later. The next morning when we checked out, it was waiting outside and took us straight to our terminal. We also arrived 3 hours before our check in time and were able to get in our room right away! Gave the feeling of a boutique hotel even though it is a chain- cutest decorations and ambiance throughout. Would definitely stay again!
