I booked this property last minute and upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk by a staff member who informed me about ongoing construction that would cause noise until 6 PM. The elevators were dusty from the construction, and only one was available for guests. Within five minutes of arriving in my room, the fire alarm went off twice. When I went downstairs to check on the situation, the front desk staff member reacted indifferently, saying, "Yeah, so?" I decided to leave after being there for about 10 minutes.

Our room was very worn, including carpet and the bathroom. Felt need to wear shoes in the shower. When we opened the soda bed, it had dirty, stained sheets on it. Front desk states there was no one available to put on fresh sheets until I got very pushy and then magically someone could help us. Lobby was not clean during breakfast, everything sticky and covered in food pieces and dirty dishes, long after families would finish at a table. Also saw nothing about the renovation when booking.

Even though the property is undergoing some renovations, it's very quiet. Convenient because they allow cruise parking and offer a shuttle to the cruise terminals however you MUST call the hotel and request this.

The hotel is under renovation. We had 30+ contractors on our floor at 7:30AM banging, cutting, singing, yelling… had we known it was under construction we never would have stayed. Completely unacceptable.

Staff was nice, hotel is under renovations, rooms are old, bed was comfortable. Took the shuttle to the airport to later find out they charge 15 per person and we are a family of six when an uber charges less than 30 dollars

Had no idea they are doing a full renovation of this property. They put us on the 5th floor where they are doing full renovations. There might be 3 rooms on this floor available to sleep in and they gave us one of those rooms. 30+ workers in the halls cutting, hammering and making all kinds of noise staring at 7:30AM. Would have never booked this had I known

After we got off the plane we called hyatt place for the shuttle. We were taken to a different hyatt place. When attempting to check in we learned that we were not at the correct hyatt. The front desk person laughed and said “ Oh this happens all the time.” Their shuttle could not take us to the other hyatt place which was almost 10 miles away so we had to pay an Uber driver. It was clear that the front desk staff did not care that we were at the wrong location. There are many other hotels to choose from and the message from Hyatt was clear. We will not return to the Hyatt.
