Highly recommend. Great customer service. Whitney and Stanley were very helpful. I will return to this property the next time I’m at FLL or the cruise port. I travel regularly and this was the best airport hotel I’ve experienced.

A good hotel ruined by a breakfast fiasco. No seating, the whole of the reception area jammed by people trying to get breakfast. Ended up having to go out for breakfast. Shame as the rest of the hotel services are good.

It was a very cold night in Fort Lauderdale, and the room was uncomfortably cold. I wanted to turn on the heat, but despite multiple complaints, the heating did not work, and no one took care of the issue. The service was simply unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast was far below any acceptable standard. We stayed at your hotel from January 8th to January 9th, 2025. On January 19th, 2025, $220 was charged to my credit card. I expect a full refund by no later than January 24th, 2025. If this does not happen, I will initiate a chargeback.

Stayed here before our cruise, easy to book transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise ship. No restaurant available but one across the street at their sister hotel. Did not go, so cannot comment.

We called for Airport pick up. We were told pick up was in 5 minutes. Airport Shuttle arrived, but parked behind two or three other shuttles. We walked to our hotel shuttle. Shuttle driver opened the doors and said he waited too long and left. If shuttle was in a complete stop and opened the doors to tell us he waited too long, why didn't he allow us to get in the shuttle? The shuttle had no passengers plus he did not even wait 3 minutes. A lot of people were waiting for different shuttles and when shuttles arrived, all of the passengers were walking towards different shuttles, including us. It's common sense that drivers need to wait for passengers to walk to their shuttles, especially if there are three shuttles at shuttle pickup.

Beautiful property, our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was better than average, and the coffee was good. My only minor issue was the front desk was not ready for the arrival of our shuttle from the airport, and there was only one person checking everyone in. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Dania Point where there was ample shopping and dining options. This made for an excellent experience on arrival. We will stay again before a cruise.

It was fine for staying in a night or two before catching a cruise. Restaurants within walking distance. If staying in Ft Lauderdale longer, I would look for a nicer hotel.
