Close to a shopping center with plenty of restaurant options. Great stay, wonderful breakfast. Excellent option if you’re going to a cruise from Miami (30 minute drive) or Fort Lauderdale ports.

Front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Since they are the fave of the hotel, that doesn’t make for a very pleasant experience. We had to move rooms because the heat wasn’t working. Also not done in a pleasant manner.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with refrig, microwave, and coffeemaker with ceramic mugs. Nice breakfast was included and round the clock shuttle service. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Shower was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Plenty of water and pressure. Hotel was within walking distance to the same stores you’d find at a mall. A lot of fast food restaurants within walking distance, but I didn’t find a grocery/convenience store nearby. The only negative thing I would say was having to book transportation to the cruise port myself on their self serv iPad located at the front desk.
