Great place to stay with nice facilities! Stan at front desk is the best person to deal with. Our family with 2 small kids, really enjoyed the stay and the facilities. Staying close to the 6th floor helped get in and out faster. Only thing would be that I wish the basketball net was fixed so that it was straight.

The property is very easy to get to, and the balcony view was very nice(Partial ocean view). The 2 bedroom suite I rented was nice, but I noticed lots of the furniture was damaged including cabinets, the drywall ceiling had huge cracks in it which made the unit feel very old and worn out. The staff should be more welcoming/friendlier. When I was checking in I felt like the lady checking me in didn't want to be there or was having a rough night. Even during checkout, I didn't get a good vibe from the gentleman. Better staff and a better kept-up room would have changed my experience. For the price, it wasn't bad, but I think I rather pay more for a different hotel next time.

Been nice property. Kitchenware is very limited collection of different things. Not single cleaning included on week stay Even reporting broken balcony chairs many times got only service people coming in saying it is broken and he can do nothing.. going back to lobby they sent same guy again saying he can do nothing Wallet park phone doesn’t work often so need to go downstairs to say need my car ..not acceptable when you pay 50 usd for parking Every second night they play very loud movies and video games on pool deck unt 10pm.. of course they just too lazy to switch it of after they down, they just leave it running after they left. When calling multiple times to lobby than hey it is 1030pm want to sleep get answer than they send maintainance to see after calling few times and going downstairs with attitude. They stilll lies than they as call to maintenance. Since hear them speaking Spanish together found out than maintainance hasn’t even answer phone.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyde Beach House! The property is modern and beautifully designed, offering stunning views and easy beach access. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall pleasant experience. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. We had two suites and I expected to pay a total of $195 USD in extra fees at the resort for both suites total. They tried to charge me that twice and had invented some new fees to dog pile on. Not transparent pricing at all. We were a party of 8 pre-cruise. Next time I’ll get four rooms at a regular hotel. That being said it was close to the beach. Not many restaurants nearby. You need a vehicle. $35 Friday and $35 Saturday not 24 hr period for valet parking, no self park. These guys aggressive in their billing, won’t be back for sure.
