The bed had bedbugs. The floor had roaches. The bathroom sink was broke and the hoses ripped in half. The area and parking was unsafe. No one at the desk cares about our experience nor did anything so far to make it right. We checked out the 28th hours after checking in due to being bite multiple times by bedbugs.

The hotel needs to be leveled. Old facilities, rooms outdated, there was dog feces leading up to the staircase. Not a nice place honestly. The man handling the reception was nice though.

ROACHES - DO NOT GO HERE. ROACHES is a huge problem at this hotel. I had to be moved three times due to an infestation of roaches. I left my belongings in my car because it was 3am where would I go find another hotel. I even brought a roach in a garbage can to the staff at the front desk. The final room I settled on slept in my clothes with my shoes on for a fear of mice as well, there was things that appeared to be mice feces. I did not see mice but the fear was there. I slept on top of the bedspreads. Above the cabinet was several empty liquor bottles. This is ridiculous. I requested a refund with no avail from property. This completely ruined a relaxing trip. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE.

This place is a dump! It shouldn’t be considered as a hotel. From the front desk, you walk in and there is no one at the front desk. And on top of it there is no AC. At some point a guy wearing sneakers and short told me he was working there. I didn’t go into checking in, I took my babies and run.

I think they have bed bugs, I developed rash just after one night there sleeping on their beds, and now I'm afraid if it's bed bugs I hope I didn't bring them to my home.

How’s is this place even open. Expedia should not be promoting this place. Offers drugs upping arrival. Room was in horrible condition, door wouldn’t lock, smoke stains, visible bed bugs, no working ac. Customer service non existent. Had to cancel due to safety and health concerns

I would start off by saying Expedia shouldn't be promoting these type of hotels. This hotel is in very poor conditions. Staff was helpful, but hotel has a motel 8 vibe that looked unsafe.
