Experience was average and OK. Staff was cordial but not outstanding. Rooms need updating and upkeep. There was actually a gap at the bottom of the door to the outside that I blocked at night. Said they had a grab and go breakfast but there was nothing.

The turn in to the motel was marked off the main road, but after you turned in there were was no marking on the building itself or driveway as to checkin (I guess you had to just get out the car and inquire.) At first we drove to the back of the buildings since it was a large complex, then turned around and made the deduction that the unmarked building was the proper place. The carpet in the room was badly stained. There were no USB plug ins. No room had no decro at all, not even cheap pictures on the wall. The breakfast consisted of a brown bag with apple, granola bar, packaged muffin, some nuts, (I can not even remember the remaining items if there was). There was coffee and but no juices. Cream was packaged powder. I would not stay at this location the next time I go to florida to visit.

Hotel is tired and pricey for the quality. Disappointed that the included breakfast was not served before 7am. People traveling for business often need to be out before then and 7am is the latest breakfast I have ever seen.

Carpet has not seeing a vacuum cleaner for months. Stains in the lamp shades. Shower looks disgusting. No breakfast like it says in the page. It’s a bag with an apple a pop tart and water down coffee. Pool was closed and they don’t inform you. Very disappointing.

The building was very dirty. The room’s carpet was filthy, bathroom was dirty and the toilet was not flushing when we arrived. My husband managed to fix it. Stay away from this property, lower rates are for a reason.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed mold everywhere in the room. It smelt like mold when u walked into the room. Breakfast was a joke they gave me a small muffin you would get at an elementary cafeteria with an apple and granola bar. They said it was a complementary breakfast and I was expecting eggs bacon and a cereal bar with danishes. Wrong! I was not happy at all.

Love that the hotel was dog friendly. Google rating was a 2.8 and I was worried but I would say more like a 3.8. Room was clean, water pressure was good, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bad is an understatement

Room was dirty and reeking of smoke and mildew. Breakfast consists of a little bag with an apple and a muffin. No anything else whatsoever. This is my second LAQUINTA in the fort Lauderdale area and both were absolutely horrible!!! Avoid LAQUINTA in the Broward county areas
