We have been here for the past few nights staying in room 169 and I was told to ring up about a refund for the first two nights 31st and 1st we were there as we unfortunately had to stay in a room that smelt very badly of smoke and there wasn’t any other rooms available. We checked out today after been moved to another room for the final two nights which was definitely a lot better smell. Unfortunately it appears that many of our clothes for the rest of the holiday now smell of smoke which is a bit of an issue. When I checked out this morning I was told that so far no refund had been processed but I needed to speak to a manager. Could you tell me when this refund has been processed please. Room clean convenient location but keycard touchy
The keycard didn’t work twice. This must be common as I watched him rub the cards very fastidiously each time and clerk volunteered the second time to go to room. The room locks are very old and he had to run the card just right to open the door.

Marijuana smell in the room. I asked to move to a different room and the marijuana smell was terrible as well . Both rooms were dark (not what you see in the website pics). Roaches? Lots of them and big ones by the way. I stayed for three nights and no one went to clean the room. First and last time I stay at any La Quinta hotel.
