THE PROPERTY CAN KEPT MORE CLEANER ON THE OUT SIDE INSIDE WAS FAIRLY CLEAN CARPET IN HALLWAYS NEEDS TO BE REPLACE LOCATION WAS GREAT CONVENIENCE LOCATION IN FAIR RANGE OF KEY PLACES.

the lobby was clean and plenty of seating. the room was pretty basic but clean. Our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, waffles, fresh fruit pastry, cereal. coffee was decent. really the only complaint I would have is the vending machine only had snacks, no beverages. It would be nice if there were a restaurant next door. I would definately stay again.

The complimentary breakfast is a great positive. However, the hotel is dirty, and the furniture and carpet need to be changed. The bathroom needs an absolute upgrade. The carpet in the hallways is also extremely filthy and smells bad.
