Do not think about this place. No hot water in our room and the desk would not move us. Dogs pee every where. The smell of weed is disgusting.

The disability room was not up to standards, key card frequently did not work. No hand soap in container. Plumbing leaks in disability shower. The staff was nice, but uninformed on doing their jobs. They had old restaurant brochures not delivering . They had had issues using the computer checking in customers and charging drinks purchased at front desk. DEI ??

At 7:45 a.m. this day the shower water was cold. When I washed my hands later after enduring a cold shower around 9:30a.m. the water was finally hot. Not sure what or why but not the experience I expected. Nor is the room, outer appearance, and interior environment what I expect from Wyndham product. We have a saying "slap some lip stick on that pig". That is what this hotel looks like. Will not return and Wyndham has now become suspect when they buy out other brands.

I was on the 4th floor and there was a cigarette smell coming from the hallway. The bedroom had a bad smell, stains on the carpets. There is no pool or living area. Additionally, I had many reservations with Expedia and the host could not get the names, so I lost so much money because the hotel and Expedia do not want to refund those 2 rooms.

The check in was a mess. The Check in lady was doing multiple things at once( which is okay, once you can multitask) CLEARLY SHE CANNOT. was given wrong room number, tried opening the door and someone was in the room(poor lady). Had to go back down to front desk where the lady that had checked me in was still on the phone, plus talking to another guest and her co worker. Smiling and apologizing like it was acceptable, smh. And the hotel is very rundown, pool a mess with the water being dirty, bricks lifted at the poolside and all.

When I receive they keys of my room, after 30 min of check inn, I found that the ac was broken as well as the phone. I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. I had to wait another 30 min to get other one.
