We found cockroach in our shower stall. It did not have hot water and when we notified the front desk in the evening, were told the staff is unavailable to fix it. Next morning, still no hot water. By then, we were ready to check out. Reported it and gave us compensation.

About 20mins uber rides from airport and cruise port. Room is clean and food is enough to get your morning going. Price is the cheapest I can find down there. Wifi works, there are fast foods around the hotel. McDonald is technically just outside the hotel.

It was fine for a very short one night stay. People talking in the halls lots at 2am. Beds are old and uncomfortable. The floors are filthy. Water coming out of the bath is brown. I would never stay here again.
