The front desk staff so extremely friendly and nice but unfortunately the property is not as good as conditions. The first room we checked in the AC wasn't working, so we have to relocate a different room and the properties under construction so the most places smell like paint carpet was ripping on the corner and bathroom shower water are yellow. I'm not sure why.

Attractively-priced option in Ft Lauderdale/Pompano Beach. Facilities showing some wear and tear, but work is underway to update property. Our room was largely redone and nice. Tile floors in room are a plus. Would stay again.
