Check in was no problem, check out was a disaster. Two different ladies knocked on my door this morning to say I checked out.This was before 9am. I have until 11AM to check out.Why was I being rushed to get out of my room.

Karla were outstanding did her best , we found roaches in a room , food wasn’t enough , didn’t have butter for 4 days . Room was never cleaned only Karla move us to another room . Alyson did her best to provide food but wasn’t much for her to do.

Hotel is not clean!! Reeks of disinfectant, the carpet was wet with who knows what and the vinyl floors were slippery with some substance. Never again!

Stayed for two nights in the king size bedroom with the two seat couch. Can’t check in till the earliest 1-1:30pm which is a good thing, especially your coming here for a cruise. Location-wise, it’s not too far from FLL. Rooms: the room is spacious but the sheets is thin and doesn’t cover the whole bed. Not only that, the comforter is very thin. This can be fixed if they actually getting the king size bed thicker comforter. The TV is throttle with the volume. You can’t play the volume too high at all. The remote will not allow you to turn up the volume, so you really have to be listening, and be quiet to watch your own TV in your room. Elevator: only one elevator out of the whole building and it’s very SLOW. It will take some time go it to come down or go up. breakfast: pretty disappointing. The service seems just they’re doing enough to look like they’re doing something. The best thing was making your own waffle but the first day breakfast, they had no hot water for teas, no juices, no eggs, not really the bare minimum. The only thing I’ll say that is good is that the staff for the most part are receptive and helpful. Not EVERYBODY, but the ones that work the front desk are.
