We stayed 3 nights, February 2024. Our first room had a moldy shower curtain. Room #2, no hot water, the tub faucet wouldn't turn completely. The 3rd room , the heat didn't work. When I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience, we were offered free breakfast, which was already free. Last night of our stay I killed a baby roach in the bathroom.

We were booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1. We found multiple German cockroaches in our room. The front desk lady was very polite and apologetic. I would not recommend this hotel.

I normally stay here when I’m on family vacation and it’s never really a problem especially because of the affordable pricing. The only issue I had this trip was the room had roaches all over. They switched us to a different room but I felt very disgusted because I didn’t know if it got into my suitcase.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! We stayed there for three nights, and it was a horrible experience. First, the elevators were old and rusty and every time I used them it would make a horrible sound, as if the elevator was about to fall. It was horrible. The hallway in floor 2 smells like wet dog. It’s an annoying and disgusting smell. The room had quite a smell but it was bearable. Everything seemed fine at first but when we started checking, the room was in bad conditions. Weird stains in the floor carpet and sofa, looked like blood stains. Sofa had different type of stains on it. Carpet was disgustingly dirty. Our closet door wouldn’t even open, and it had a loosen screw, which is a safety hazard. Shower curtain had mold stains all over it. Bathtub floor had weird stains. Shower walls had also mold and looked like they were never cleaned. Bed comforter also has weird stains on it. One of the nights, we were waken up by the fire alarm at 5 am and tried calling the front desk to get an explanation and they had nothing to say about it. Overall, a really bad experience. Service was mid. I get is 2-3 star hotel, but we paid an insane amount for 3 nights and that’s what we get. Definitely not recommended. Do not book here.

Our stay was nice room was clean breakfast was hot and well put together for a continental breakfast, staff was very nice, did I say clean, yes I did. The hotel is dated but the modernization and cleanliness takes over. Beds comfy I booked for one night and in the middle of the night booked another night. Guys it’s a la Quinta and for the price I like. We normally stay at the Sheraton plantation 1 night there is 3 nights here happy we chose to try something knew just for my 5 year old to splash in a pool. Rooms were 412/220 I believe two double beds

Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Parking light needs lights. Very dark at night. Receptionist was the best. Lobby very clean, breakfast free was great. Rooms old, dark. Water in tub stayed running. One of the towel smelled like pee. Horrible. One of the bed had a dent in middle(looked like a blow up bed) sheets were clean floor looked dirty which was.

I stayed for one week. The room was never cleaned, the trash was never picked up. I had to go to front desk to get clean towels. I saw a couple of bugs crawling around. I go to the Ft Lauderdale area once a month but I will not stay there again.

Property was ok, somewhat run down a little with a heavy sent of fabuloso. Breakfast was better some mornings than other. Ac unit was down in one room. We had to move 3 different times during our week stay.
