The property is filthy everywhere you look. The pool was growing algae on the bottom with green spots, the water in The pool was 12 inches to low and not cycling properly to clean the pool. It doesn't look like there is regular cleaning or maintenance. Debris littered the bottom of the pool. Cigarette butts and plastic glasses in the overflow trough of the pool. Ceiling fan in our room didn't hardly move and was coated in grime, desk lamp shot sparks when we attempted to turn it on. We unplugged it to ensure safety. Spider webs in corners and dirty baseboards. Bathtub faucet had mildew. Was going to take a bath but the soap scum in a brown layer changed my mind. The toilet seat fell off after the first use. We would have left but everything in the surrounding area was sold out due to The Who concert. At least we didn't see evidence of bed bugs.

The front desk was very personable, even though they could not find my reservation using my husband's first name instead of just the last name and itinerary #. The bathroom door stuck. The fire sprinkler and doorframe in the bathroom were rusty. The AC was not cold even though we had it on 73. It was just vey damp feeling. The mirror on the wall looked like it was hazed over from the dampness but it didn't wipe away, nor did it wash away. My clothes were damp when I took them out of the suitcase several hours later. The breakfast was dismal. The person setting it up didn't speak English.

I had a few small spiders on the bedding. Not bed bugs.. I requested a bed linen change the next day, which they did. Breakfast was average with no meat product. Pool was dirty and needs recoating. Staff was nice and attentive. Budget rate for a good location, I wasn’t looking for the Ritz.

Ceiling mold or grime, had to stand against the wall to shower, tub cracked and towel rack fell off. Mirror looked like a horror movie so dirty. Mattress had wires coming out of it. Furniture was stained. The entrance door would not close unless you giggle it. We will never return to this location. GOOD MONEY FOR SUBSTANDARD STAY.

The “eco clean” hotel, isn’t as great in person as it is on paper because the rooms are neglected by the cleaners when they do go into them. My room was dirty, the floor was slimy (even dried) and the room had a stale alcohol smell to it. The bathroom had mold in it, broken tiles everywhere and the molding was broken and dirty, which is where all the dirt and clumps of hair was pushed to. The gentleman who worked the front during the day was the only one who would wear a uniform, the rest of the time it looked like some family would hang out and “help”. None of the staff spoke English. The lobby smelled of BO, AC didn’t work in the lobby nor in the elevator.
