If you are evaluating this hotel it is for its price, or perhaps its location. Its location is very practical and convenient for many, however there is a reason why it is so inexpensive. The hotel is in very poor condition, it is clear that it has not been maintained in many years. While the room was in acceptable condition, the common areas are very deteriorated, the carpets are very old and there is a significant musty smell. When we arrived the elevator was not working and continued to do so for two days. The administration of the hotel seems to be run by a family and the processes of a hotel chain are not observed. If all you want is a good bed, in the area of Sawgrass and Weston is not a bad option, but waive any other expectations.

The property location was very convenient and close to shopping, food etc which was great. However the area around the property needs maintenance. The rooms were okay for just a place to rest your head.The room and hotel need a lot of upgrades. The shower and sink were clogged. Room had a smell. Elevator stopped working but was repaired quickly, it was very sketchy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating the whole time. Overall for the price it was not bad.
