The rooms , corridor and elevators were dirty. The room was in poor condition and needs tobe renovated. The panel in the elevator was loose and the numbers did not illuminate when pressed. The elevator floor was dirty. The corridor carpet needs to be shampooed. The room was poor. The mattress was warned and lumpy.Th tub was discolored and the shower rack was loose. There were also roaches in the room.

Too many of the La Quinta’s are dealing with the same scent issue. I was in the laundry and overheard a family from Panama complaining about the very same issue . At some point a health crisis will emerge and it could possibly result in a much more heftier price to pay. Quality control is needed at most of the LQ locations. Additionally, 3 of the 4 days spent one of the TV’s did not work period . The elevator seems to be falling apart and the floor selected only lights up for “1”

Hotel Start with the staff.. we had asked for a early check in, and whrn arrived there were no available rooms, undersatandable. Our group were 8...lot s of luggage. Desk clerk was not helpfull, so asked for the supervisor who helped us out a lot. Koodos to him. Rooms. .one of our rooms had to ask for a change due to a very.dirty room and dirty beds, the room they got.wasnt much better. My.room was dusty and also rust on the table from the lamp. Breakfast was the usual, nothing special . Im not one to recoemnd poorly but there are pletty options arround the area, pay a little nit more for better place to stay.

I took daily pictures of the inside and outside of this place and the lack of cleaning common areas is evident in the picture...on the final day/night of my stay the manager of refund if i checked out at that moment....i was on my way to a appointment and couldnt do anything...worst place everinchecked out

The hotel needs immediate remodeling and having someone do a cleaning inspection was a very bad experience, the bathroom curtains with mold and hair and the mirror broken. The fountain at the entrance of the hotel with the rotten water.

The outside of the hotel was unkept. Lots of trash. The entrance was very nice as well as the lobby. The elevator has seen better days as well as the hallway to our room. Here are some pictures of our room. I can’t say that all the rooms looked like this but I will not be returning.

We don't like the breakfast, was very poor. The egg was cold and the tray was empty. No employe in the area. We go to another Quality Hotel in Orlando, and the breakfast was very good. They have eggs, bacon, oranges, bottles of milk, pancake, etc.

There was nothing unique about the property, when we arrive the waiting area was dirty. The room we stayed in the the furniture was stained the carpet smelled and was musty ro the point it felt like it was sticking to your feet, and the air conditioning unit needs to cleaned. The lamp shades had nasty water stains. It was a horrible experience.

The interior of the building needs to be updated. There are holes in the walls around wall plates and the carpet needs to be updated. the front desk staff was eager to please and the room was clean but I would not walk without shoes.
