Terrible rooms for $200 plus

First off you have to deal via machine to check-in and out 2 thing they gave us a room with roaches in it they changed our room then we had dirty and stained sheets and cover blanket i wont be coming back here

El sillon y alfombra tenian mas suciedad impregnada que piso de baño publico. Lo tuvimos que cubrir con sabanas. No habia atencion fisica de humanos (si humanos) solo una pantalla donde uno debia hacer las consultas a otro ser humano en India. Es decir si sucedia un imprevisto dependias de un empleado mal pago en otro continente que ni conocia el pais.

First is the check in, its a quiosk, there are no clerks at a desk, no employee to check you in. Inside the building is dirty, worn out smelly of old carpet, also hallways are dirty not vacuum daily. Room is badly worn out, furniture, carpet, bathtub is extremely stained where you stand to shower, discusting, we had to wear shower sandals. This the worst place I've ever stayed, there are better 3rd world hotels than this location. Just coming in from a long drive and to have to check in using a computer screen and speaking to someone who I cannot understand is bad, no customer service what so ever, I will never return to this place ever again. Sincerely Henry Quintana.

Recently stayed at this property but initially pulled up to the property directly across the street which was MUCH nicer! This property needs much improvement and should revert to having inperson check in provisions to avoid long waits to the electronic kiosk. Super limited breakfast options, rooms were dated and some of the fixtures had rusting on them. Some of the bedding was stained and the closet “door” was a curtain!! Thankfully it was only a 2 night stay.

Don’t let the pictures fool you! The floors looked like they had never been cleaned, the bed sheets and blankets had stains on them. The shower rod had an old wash cloth hanging over it and when the shower curtains were opened a family of ants emerged and there was mold buildup on the curtain. The mini fridge was unusable as it gave a rotten odour when opened. Also there is no attendant at the front desk, it is a kiosk which runs off their wifi and cuts in and out of service while in use.

Worst Hotel EVER

I booked three rooms for three nights for my family. In the room I stayed in with my wife, I was woken by a cockroach crawling on the sheets. I got up and captured 8 different cockroaches in the room. The windows had black mold around the frames and the room had stains all over the carpets. La Quinta although is a more budget friendly hotel, it is still a Wyndham Hotel and I expect better. This hotel should be removed by Hotels.com and should not be advertised until things are changed at this hotel.

I used to work at the front desk in Laquinta vista CA and Ulmerton FL and it was a joy to serve the customers and be there for their needs during their stay. Checking in with a kios/machine was not pleasant. I didn’t have the option of not putting a deposit. Arriving to the room, it smelled heavily with bleach. The bath tub, after taking a shower, water was coming under the tub soaking the mat and the floor. I talked to the room next door and asked if they encountered any problems with their room and they stated that they have mold in there room and that the room smells bad. Now I understood why my room smelled heavily bleach.
