The room was nice an cozy. There were two TVs which was great as my kids occupied one, while my husband and I occupied the other. The bathroom was outdated though. Overall, this room was great for the cost.

Horrible, do not go there. Worn-out furniture, dirty and stained carpet, foul smells and zero costumer service. My room should've been closed down. Dirty toilet, couldn't believe an beautiful area like sawgrass could ever have such place. Terrible. I took pictures but ashame to show them.

Old property. Room did not look like the updated rooms on the property listing. Funky smells everywhere. Noisy pipes. Weird noises in room all night. Old looking towels and linens. It was ok for a single night just needed something in this location but would not recommend. The check in kiosk was actually nice and convenient.

The hotel is good for the money…. Now the virtual checking it’s “terrible” they should use employees with flat accent…. ….. When I make the reservation I ask for extra pillows .. never received the pillows… the place is run x ONE employee that’s ok if you don’t decrease the service

Ive stayed here 2 previous times, always notice high humidity the moment walking thru the doors. Rooms have been alright to stay for a quick night away. This time woke up with breathing issues, wheezing, noticed while stretching that on the desk was exposed/ damaged partical board and mold growing. Almost slipped in the shower due to unseen coating of something, feet got sticky from the carpet.No live person just virtual, they just said they handle it, which it wasnt clear what that ment.
