If I could write it below zero I would. The worst experience of a hotel in my whole life. First appearance was the whole front of the hotel was filthy. I got a room key and it looked like a bunch of people living in the hotel rooms. It appeared that there may be some drug activity in that hotel. Walked into the room and walked back out. It smelled as if they just sprayed the room with bug spray. And then bugs just swarmed all over me. Apparently they had bedbugs in the hotel. Across from the entrance of the door was a dumpster full of mattresses, indicating they had bedbugs in the hotel. walk back into the lobby gave them the key to the room and told them they had bedbugs and they argued with me and said they did not. I had to call another cab and also call another hotel to get in just stay. So now I’m waiting for Customerservice to see what they’re gonna do about the situation. And on top of that, I was a bit up and down my arms by these bugs that flew all over me.

The property has roaches, smells like cigarettes, and needs renovations ASAP. The staff was pleasant and assisted as much as possible. Overall I will never stay at property again!

Bogus.
The hotel cancelled our reservation, which we had already paid for, at 8pm. We were on a flight and landed at 9pm to a voicemail saying that they didn’t have any rooms. They then proceeded to tell my husband that if we wanted a refund we’d need to come in to the front desk. Fortunately, hotels.com took care of the refund.

This hotel is close to port. That was good thing. Room nothing like picture posted online. Be careful people, picture of the hotel and room are posted online probably from 30 years ago. Non- smoking room smells marijuana in there. Bathroom is a disaster, College bowl probably 20 years old. I would not recommend this motel to anyone

BUYERS BEWARE
This was the worst Motel 6 I’ve stayed at in my life. The rooms are absolutely filthy. The tubs in each room I was in during my stay were either falling about or needed to be respackled. Roaches were in every room I stayed in, and they have no rooms with a refrigerator or a microwave despite them being advertised on the website. The worst part about my month long stay at this hotel is that I was forced off the property after the front desk person called and lied to the police saying I was fighting someone in my room. I was alone. And had gone without sleep due to insomnia, and not being able to sleep due to construction being done by n the room behind the one I was in. Not only was I humiliated, but I also did not receive the full refund I was entitled, after paying $430 for the we. I was told my room was being converted to the daily rate since I was checking out early. The general manager is a sad excuse for a manager, and it shows in how the motel looks. There is no housing keeping, and there are never fresh towels or sheets. So you’ll have to do your own laundry, and the laundry room is always out of order. The ice machines leak constantly, so you’re very likely to slip and fall. Had I not been in such a bad position I would’ve never continued to stay here.

Don't book this place. I did November 22,2024 and cancelled the room withing a couple minutes due to disgusting. I have called back for a week and the Motel won't even answer the phone there so Expedia won't credit my account because they can't get a hold of them either
