No towels , they say low on towels due to people take them and don’t return them ;staff is nice the rooms are outdated with a mold weird smell. Sheets were dingy didn’t seem clean. Things may be old but not un cleaned!

When we arrived for checking no on at desk had to contact hotels.com then got checked in and room was horrible. AC not working bath tub unusable. We left 630 a after arriving at 230am to check horrible smell

The worst stay of my life

This place should be shut down, this is absolutely horrifying and deplorable. The rooms are disgusting, they smell, that mattress should be burned down. The shower is horrendous, no hot water. On top of all this they gave me a room with a broken window and tape added on the inside and outside of the window. I am definitely going to fight for this place to get shut down No human should be being charged to stay in a pig den, broken down cars parked in the parking, trash all over the property this should NOT be happening!!!!

The room needed renovation. Electrical outlet for air conditioner was broken and a hazard. The bathroom walls behind door was corroted and voyld seevthrough the interior wall. Area is full of mosquitoes and biting nats. Was bitten horribly while walking dog. Property needs TLC.

I did not stay at this property until the May 18. I had to check out Saturday morning because I was unable to breathe. I went to the front desk to change my room several times because of the smoke in the room. I told the from desk person Ann Marie I cannot deal with cigarette smoke. Her statement, I am sorry to have you running around here like a chicken with your head cutoff was not pleasant. I went to three different room. First one I could not breathe (118), the second room the key did not work (209), and the third room (211) was not as bad but when I woke up on Saturday morning the room was filled with cigarette smoke. It took me over an hour to get my bearings. When I went to check out, the front desk was stated he would give me 60 percent of my money back. I felt I should have gotten 90 percent back of my money. I did check out before 11 am. I asked for a receipt but he only allow me to take picture. Daina Beach area was nice area, but this hotel was not.

I did not stay at the property I Checked in went to the room and immediately went back to the front desk for a refund. I wish I took photos of the unbelievable site that was the hotel room. However the young man at the front desk was great and deserves to work at another establishment

Urgent remodeling needed!

The hotel it’s conveniently Located but super outdated! There’s two ice machines but both out of order. The bate tub it’s completely scatched and stained.
