Pier 66 is beautiful! The redesign was well thought out. The linens are superb. Its like melting into a cloud. With that being said, the staff are what we loved the most! No need went unanswered especially when asking for the fourth key. We almost put the bell man in our pocket for personal supervision. This will be are go to place moving forward! We will see you again Jorge and the rest of the lovily ladies. Thank you for taking care of us. We will miss you until we see you again...soon enough!

Orbits represented that the roof top bar was available as well as the spa. None of these were completed, so these benefits could not be enjoyed. There was lots of noise at the property due to an event, and the hotel staff could not satisfactorily resolve. It took them 2 hours, moving us repeatedly and an attitude of carelessness for customer comfort.
