This is a truly exceptional 5-star hotel—modern, impeccably clean, and supported by outstanding staff and top-tier amenities. The resort is lovely and super clean. The staff seemed a little new or confused but relatively helpful. The spa attendants were rude when we wanted to just take a look, but the overall cleanliness of the property compensated for this! overall would stay here again

We are originally from NY moved to Doral Fl a month ago and wanted to get away for 4th of july after the moving chaos .. pier 66 was amazing from the moment you arrive in your vehicle to the moment you check out. Great service, amazing poolside service as well and great food and drinks. The service all around the hotel is amazing. Id come back anytime i need a place to stay in Fortlauderdale .

Amazing! The rooms are beautiful, the gym is excellent & very clean, and the staff were so helpful & kind. We will definitely be back. From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a bellman (Alfred) ready to take care of my luggage and assist me to my suite. The front desk staff was always friendly, ready, and available to help with all my needs. Not to mention, a flute of prosecco and a glass bottle of water being presented to me at check-in. After taking a "awe" moment to look over my beautiful suite and the amazing balcony view, I was greeted at my room door, by room service with complimentary succulent chocolates and cold refreshing glass bottles of P66 water. Further, there were numerous amenities to take advantage of without leaving the resort. The cafe, poolside, and brunch spots were great. Moreover, Zenova spa and wellness dont owe me anything! They gave me exactly what I needed(Relaxation and Rejuvenation). Thank you Gabby and Ronald for a great spa experience. In addition, the complimentary sprinter van service was very useful to get to other destinations.

Great service!
