No heat in the room in 55 degree weather..only A/ C working. Bathroom shower had very little water pressure. No bathroom ventilation. Plaster had fallen off the hallway wall. No breakfast available. Overall dirty looking appeara ce!

You can tell that it has the potential to be a beautiful hotel but it is run down and has issues with people smoking illegal substances all over the property including in the parking lot and around the pool. I did not feel safe there. I also requested a coffee maker for my room 3 times and did not get one. There was coffee and cups in the room but no coffee maker.

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to! Very unsafe! Lots of business opportunities happening there! Disgusting! We walked in the room and then checked out!!!

This was the worse experience. I arrived the first night and one person was at desk on a personal call while trying to check in guests. And it took 40 min to check in. Meanwhile, the place was nothing as advertised and disgusting like a crack house. There was an odor throughout that was just gross and everything was so dirty. When I got off the elevator to go to my room, I just couldn’t bare the thought of staying so I went back down stairs to check out and ask for a refund. I never went into the room. I told them I felt unsafe and the manager who was standing nearby became nasty with me and said if I didn’t like it to get out and before checking me out that they need to send security up to the room to check the room making statements that I was a drug addict. I have never been so disgusted. I am not a drug addict. In fact, I was even wearing my professional work shirt as I had been working all day. On top of all this, I found out the hotel charged me for the two days I had booked and never checked me out. I tried to get help from hotels.com and am hoping they make this right. Nonetheless, this hotel is the worse.

My room was fine, it was clean and spacious, however, there was a strange odor, not sure what it was. This hotel needs renovation, no dining are, no coffee, no water, nor ice was available, the carpeting is old and stained, it needs a refreshing so people can breathe fresh air. It’s just a very erie feeling, no comfort.

The lobby smelled of incense or a strong air freshener, likely trying to mask a musty odor. It looked nothing like the pictures. However, the pool area was nice. Thankfully, we only had to stay for less than 24 hours and canceled our room for the second night. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This property's pictures are deceitful. Check in was delayed by an hour, while they clean the rooms. The room was tidy, but dirty. The towels were stained, there were no lampshades on the lamps, the odor was unbearable, and no microwave in the room. The bathroom was in poor condition and there appeared to be mold in the room. My family and I felt unsafe in the space, and could not sleep. It was a blessing that we had a flight the next morning. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Expedia should investigate such properties before adding them to lists of suggested stays.

It was genuinely the most disgusting hotel we have ever stepped foot in. The staff at the beginning were super rude and tried to act above us and genuinely made us want to leave right then and there. Only one staff member was kind to us. Everything was terrible.
