On our way to Cruise

We always stay here when we’re going on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The people are nice friendly pick us up at the airport and then take us to the cruise port the next day. They’ve added a breakfast service in the office area and the price is right.

Arrived at the Hotel at 10am on 14th January. There was a long queue at reception; the card machine was not working and the male member of staff seemed to be blaming customers for their 'faulty cards'. There was an appalling lack of respect from the male receptionist to all customers. When I asked if i could leave my bag in the luggage room, I was told it was 'full'. I did not hqve a car, so I was forced to carry a heavy bag around the city all day. It was obvious that the receptionist just couldn't be bothered to take care of my bag. So, I sat in reception wondering what to do. Meanwhile, the male receptionist who has an aggressive attitude was accepting cash for deposits, because the cars machine was not working. The hotel didn't even have the correct change to give customers and the male receptionist made no effort ro apologise for this. When I checked into the hotel in the evening, another male receptionist was just absolutely obnoxious. In the five minutes he delt with me, he continually lauged at my comments about my experience in the morning. Im not even going to mention the rooms...The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make your checkin process and your stay absolute hell. This hotel is to be avoided!

Only thing we liked was its airport service. Otherwise it is mediocre, lack of eating facility especially for breakfast is a terrible place for long term. I would not recommend to stay at this place.

Room was noisy until almost 2am with people talking outside & was run down. We could hear the neighbours tv all night through an adjoining locked door. I noticed stains on the side of the mattress protector that had not been washed. We wouldn’t stay here again!

The breakfast was all microwaved. The rooms were not comfortable, very small. The television was small and difficult to find channels. The WiFi was very slow.
