I always enjoy staying at Richard's Hotel and I really enjoy the gentleman who checks me out who name is Steven. Good personality and a great sense of humor.

The worst experience in hospitality service.
Got scammed by this motel and hotels.com requested certain dates in my search saw the price I liked. But when I confirmed payment it was only for 1 night. I tried to get the transaction refund within in minutes. 5 days later refund was refused. Mind you never stayed here but if you can’t refund someone within 5 minutes of the initial transaction. Then you are just stealing money for services that were not rendered.

Be careful when being asked to leave a cash deposit even when paid in full with your credit card. Check your receipt. Was duped out of thirty dollars on check out.
