I always enjoy staying at Richard's Hotel and I really enjoy the gentleman who checks me out who name is Steven. Good personality and a great sense of humor.

The worst experience in hospitality service.
Got scammed by this motel and hotels.com requested certain dates in my search saw the price I liked. But when I confirmed payment it was only for 1 night. I tried to get the transaction refund within in minutes. 5 days later refund was refused. Mind you never stayed here but if you can’t refund someone within 5 minutes of the initial transaction. Then you are just stealing money for services that were not rendered.

Be careful when being asked to leave a cash deposit even when paid in full with your credit card. Check your receipt. Was duped out of thirty dollars on check out.

Roaches
I live in my car to start off. Chose literally the cheapest option around me. Got what I should have expected. But again I live in my car. So I got a bed, shower, tv, and laundry. I can’t complain in my position. That being said…. Roaches. I was using the bathroom and saw baby roaches crawling out of the floorboard by the bathroom door. I instantly started to feel itchy. Had to sleep naked and throw all my belongings into the freezer. I took only what I was wearing into the room because so. I don’t need roaches in my car. Other than the roaches it’s what you’d expect for cheap build quality wise. Not bad for my position. Would not do again until the roaches are addressed. Can not risk that infestation in my life.

What I like about this property is that its very affordable and its in a very good location to shop and do other things. I stayed here for three nights and I noticed that the room wasn't cleaned properly..There was hair on the towels and on the bed..The blanket on the bed was dirty..There was tiny cockroaches under the micowave and other places..I also found a piece of napkin in the microwave from the previous guest.

It was not to bad, but I had a kitchen with not towels, soap, dishes, etc. by the way I left my dish soap, I lost my key to get in the room by my car and right away went to my car and it was not there the housekeeper open the door and when I check out they didn’t give me my deposit money and the woman and a man very nasty. I offer to go and get copy of the key but they didn’t want me to do that and I think they got my key because I parked in from of the office (handicapped) . Very mean people I was scared of them
