Don’t stay there

I did not end up staying still paying never got a refund wouldn’t exchange rules. Room was on the main road next to office very loud. I’m talking dirty bed sheets dirty toilet shower was clean front desk room.

Misery portal stay here at your own peril.

This is the worst hotel chain in Hollywood. Staff is mandated to be rude as possible. They bend over backwards to make you as miserable as possible. I have absolutely nothing positive to say. Place made me so mad I just need to calm down and forget about it.

There was human hair on the towels in the bathroom. Bugs on the bed, and the rooms felt unsafe as there were tiny locks on the doors.
