Okay stay

Location was great, room was renovated but not well done. Looked more like DIY renovation. Cleanliness was just better than average. However, worse was a restaurant dumpster right behind the hotel. Saturday night it was very loud while the restaurant staff opened the noisy gate blocking the appearance of the dumpster, then loudly tossing the trash into the empty dumpster, and loudly talking/joking while working. I realize this isn’t the hotel staff or anything but if you are a light sleeper be prepared to be awoken from 11 PM to midnight. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise.

This place was a solid 2.5 Star: Clean, cosmetically refreshed but getting a bit beat-up (carpet? In a beach town?! yikes), with OK furniture. All the basics needed with few frills.

The condition of the rooms are nice for an older property. Good for a younger crowd where don’t need a lot of staff for checkin and directions.

One thing that disappointed us was the carpet of the room, was wet and the smell of it wasn’t good at all, so because of that we weren’t able to walk without flip flops, and when we checked in they charged us 10$ for day for the parking, without telling us about that before. Other than that everything else was just fine, the room was close to the elevator, the parking in front of the apartments and nothing else to complain.

Great location

Friendly staff. Convenient location to beach, fishing pier and many dining establishments. Spacious, clean two bedroom. Heated pool. Quiet except for 5am truck noise two mornings in a row. If wish to get off the island, need to give extra time for the bridge in case it goes up. We would stay here again.

Great location near beach and river , . Rooms are newly renovated , large with updated bathroom. Comfortable stay in clean room . Nice kitchenette, handy having a full size refrigerator . The room was quite spacious with a nice full kitchen. Also it was only a couple minute walk to the beach. The onsite person was helpful that checked you in upon arrival. The only thing I didnt like about the room is that the tiled areas felt like there was a sticky residue on it that stuck to your feet (maybe floor wax?). The room was very clean other than that aspect.

Good stay close to the beach

It was ok. Is close to the beach so that is a plus. The apartment has good space and beds are OK. Clean property. At night was very Noisy for a family with kids.
