We’re really like this hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Best place to stay in the city, close to restaurants, Riverwalk right behind the hotel. And definitely must try Wild Sea Las Olas restaurant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the Micro room was clean and comfotable. Being a micro room is was compact but that was to be expected. Had an issue with one member of staff shortly after check-in as there was a problem with the room but it was resolved quickly and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

AWFUL experience. Renovations happening at 8:30 in the morning that were NEVER told to us nor was it posted on the website or the hotel grounds. Front Desk and Manager were the WORST RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. WE WERE SCAMMED AND ALL THEY OFFERED WAS A LATE CHECK OUT. IT MAY BE A FAMILY OWNED HOTEL BUT THE LACK MORALS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT THE DALMAR .

I booked one night in a junior king corner suite. Everything was ok, the bathroom did smell of mold. At 8:30 am a terrible loud banging sound came thumping through the walls waking us up. I called down to the front desk and the agent simply said the properties being renovated and there is nothing we can do. MIND YOU…. NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT RENOVATIONS AT CHECK IN, IT WAS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, NOR DID THE WEBSITE SAY IT NOR DOES IT CURRENTLY SAY IT. The front desk agent was rude, unprofessional, had a horrible condescending attitude on the phone and was dismissive. I asked for a manager and the manager was WORST. She was talking over me and berating me. Hence to say I paid $350 for a stay where check out was at 11, was woken up to pounding, and all she offered was a later check in. The manager was so rude, unprofessional, and awful to talk to I hung up on her and walked out of the property. She refused to give me upper managements contact information and would not explain why we were not told about renovations before we booked or while we checked in. I have a ten minute long video of just the sound that came through the walls ( think sledgehammer). Why would this hotel let me book a corner suite knowing this was going to happen. AWFUL HOTEL AND MANAGEMENT! FOR A HOTEL THAT PRIDES ITSELF ON LUXURY ON LAS OLAS ITS STAFF NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. The manager just said charge it back with your credit card company? Just dumb!
