The room was always kept clean, the mini-fridge was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent for walking and exploring the surrounding area.

I was expecting more? We were only there for one night. All the vinyl tiles in our room were lifting honestly a tripping hazard. The restaurant we wanted to go to was closed reason not really given. No water in the room except a $7 bottle no coffee in the morning in the lobby. No Kleenex in the room. I sometimes wonder when I use Expedia if I get the leftover room. For $300 it was not worth the money. I love historical hotels but staff not friendly and it was blah.

Beautiful room and view of the riverwalk! The location right on Las Olas was great for shopping and eating out too. The lobby is large with ample seating and 2 fireplaces.

This hotel is overpriced, terrible service and filthy. Couldn’t be more disappointed. I waited hours for the room to be cleaned for me to check in and find it dirty, hair and trash all over the floors, the refrigerator drawer broken and leaking all over the floor, the renovation was done poorly. Too many negatives… won’t be back…

Overall bedrooms were very clean. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to non working toilets and air conditioning, but once we moved rooms it was better. Service was slow but the drinks and food tasted great. Breakfast could have had more options but dinners had a big assortment. The bacon grilled cheese, chicken tenders, turkey BLT and skinny margaritas were our favorite.

The sheets very dirty, there were crumbs and too many hairs in the beds. Checkin, Michael was not the friendliest at all. The bathroom walls were dirty, and the beds are hard. I would not recommend it.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM to store our luggage and explore the area. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered early check-in for $50, or the option to wait until noon. We chose to go out for brunch and returned at 12:30 PM. Our room was assigned at 1:00 PM on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was located next to the elevator and a staff storage/service room. The elevator is quite old, and every time the doors opened or closed, it made a loud, high-pitched noise. Additionally, staff conversations near the room were clearly audible, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the hotel is good and the location is excellent. However, I strongly recommend that management consider removing this particular room from service or improving its soundproofing, as guests staying there are unlikely to have a good experience.
