Lacks integrity

This was a horrible experience from top to bottom. I booked a hotel for my father and I the night before we were leaving for a cruise. My dad and I were traveling from different cities, and my flight got delayed. I called the hotel to notify them that my dad would be checking in despite my absence. They seemed fine with this arrangement over the phone. However, when my dad arrived, they refused to let him into the room I had already booked and paid for and double charged him for a room. My dad is elderly and I 100% believe they took advantage of this to confuse him. I tried calling the manager to rectify the situation to no avail. When I requested a refund, they directed me to hotels.com. I called hotels.com who informed me the merchant was refusing to issue a refund despite never tendering the service that I paid for. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I would tell others not to stay here.

I’ve stayed here before because the jacuzzi suites are a bargain, HOWEVER the breakfast was horrendous. Hard boiled eggs with no salt or pepper and a very long one for waffles. That was about only selections. Transportation for port was great as was friendliness of staff.

Definitely a great place to stay before heading on a cruise. The ground transportation was great. The food at the bar is ok but the food at the latin food truck in the parking lot next door was awesome.

Waited for 2 hours for shuttle at airport. At the resurznt was 45minutes to get our drink and another 45 minutes for the food. I had the fish sandwich was very good. The hotel room was clean and the shuttle to the port was good.
