One of our favorite go to places when we are in the area. Walking distance to Publix and downtown Hollywood. Ther strip will multiple restaurants and places to grab an adult beverage. Just a short drive to the best beach in Florida . Staff is always friendly and courteous. The pool is is great area to relax and forgot life for awhile . It's a great place for those of us on a budget.

Very good stay. The facilities were very clean, the rooms were spacious and the customer service was great. The only suggestion is the beds, they were not very comfortable.

Guests were making party’s outside in the pool very noisy . Windows needs to be clean . pillows are not good too hard We find cockroaches in the rooms . Front desk it’s not polite to guests . They must do better . People were smoking weed in the pool. El Hotel necesita mejorar en servicio no tiene la calidad cuando empezó . Necesitan mejorar el Personal del front desk no son corteses ni saludan al huésped .

I had booked for two days and after one day being completed, Angela the manager was not at property and inconvenience me because of her issue with a guest I was with , because of his situation! Does not have anything to do with me and no one came to my room to see who my guest was but because my name in the system or however his name is nothing to do with my booking and he was not staying the next day so to inconvenience me and cancel my stay I have a child ! Is unprofessional very unprofessional as I still see on Expedia my checkin is active so I had to get up early that morning when the girl who check me in said I wouldn’t have to because she seen both reservations! Now I get a call to the room saying they do not see my reservation so for inconvenience my whole day and deposit not refund immediately nor all my money I book with them for two days ! My lawyer will deal with Angela !

very well located, in-between Miami and Fort Lauerdale, with easy access to I-95, comfortable, reasonable price, refrigerator and microwave, and also laundry (they change you the quarter coins if you don´t have), and free and easy parking, we had to leave to airport at 04:00 AM and, like their reception don´t have night shift, I was told to leave the keys in front of TV and close door of property, what I did without inconveniences, Publix and outlet stores close by

Deserve Every Star and High Rating I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and 6 days, and it was flawless. The entire hotel is non-smoking, including the pool area, which is fantastic. The rooms are impeccably clean, making you feel like you’re in a 5-star hotel. Throughout my stay, there wasn’t a single mistake. The environment was very quiet, giving the impression of being alone in the hotel, despite the full parking lot. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or a mix of both, and if you want to enjoy the beach while exploring the city, I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The property was well kept. The room's ac was making loud noises and they had the maintenance man try and fix it without us even asking and when they determined they could not fix it right away they transferred us to a different room. We originally only booked a few nights but ended up extending our stay 3 more nights due to their hospitality, quality of room, and the pool. We would defiantly stay again.
