There is literally no where for under 21 guests to be. We were kicked out of main lobby lounge at 2pm due to my daughter being under 21. The lounge was literally completely empty. I asked where we could sit I was told valet lounge. This valet lounge is literally a waiting area in the parking garage. Only positive is that it is a non smoking section. There is no where to sit after checkout period while we waited for our car to the airport. I would not recommend this property for families.

When we checked in our floor was wet and when brought bags to room one bag was missing by the time we got settled to a room with our stuff it was 3 hours after we checked into property which was annoying because we were with kids and they were impatient and annoyed we were only offered 100$ off room

Don’t stay at the Hollywood Hotel area of this property! I paid more than a standard room would cost at the Guitar Hotel (over $500 on a weeknight), thinking I was in the area adjacent to the guitar hotel, which is actually called the “oasis tower.” Instead, I’m on the opposite side of the compound in the “Hollywood Hotel.” The Hollywood Hotel is definitely removed from the action and a long walk through the smoky casino to get to the restaurants and the guitar hotel pool. Also, the pool on this side doesn’t open until 11am, whereas the guitar hotel pool is open at 8/9am, depending on the day.

I wouldn’t stay again. We were originally given a smoking room and had it switched. The entire place smells of smoke. Pool which looks lovely wasn’t open due to Hurricane but we were still fully charged a resort fee.
