I recently stayed at this Sheraton and, while the hotel itself seemed decent, my experience was affected by the type of guests it attracted. I expected a safe and family-friendly environment, but there was a noticeable amount of unusual foot traffic that didn’t seem to align with that. I had to request a room change due to disturbances next door, where people were either partying, fighting, or engaging in something that made me uncomfortable. This raised concerns about security and overall guest screening. Aside from this issue, the hotel was fine, but I didn’t feel entirely safe during my stay. I hope management takes steps to ensure a more secure and family-friendly atmosphere in the future.

It was a nice large property with a nice pool. Very busy. the property is under construction, but I called ahead and requested a room away from the train, as it kept me awake the last time I stayed there, they were able to accomodate. There isn't very much within walking distance of the property, so it was good that we had a vehicle. Overall, it was a nice large room, had a kitchen and fridge. Would stay here again, as long as i had a vehicle.

The inside of the hotel was beautiful. I loved the lobby, bar and glass elevators. I ordered room service first night and although it took a while to be delivered, it was worth the wait. The balcony was very small and not fit for lounging. I killed a roach in my room and was very disappointed about that. The on-going construction inside and outside of the hotel coupled with the loud train that passed by every other hour made for a difficult night's sleep. Overall, my stay was okay, once the construction is completed and they get a better exterminator, I may consider rebooking if I visit that area again.

Definitely a good stop

The hotel was great. The pool is heated (little dirty with leaves) hot tub is hot 104. The rooms are huge and spacious. Shower is the best so far best water pressure. Small bathroom though, but workable. The restaurant in the hotel was good. I had the spaghetti bolognese not from a can. Only bad thing was we called with a broken coffee maker and they never showed up with a new one. Then we asked for towels and that never happened.

This hotel is all about planes, trains and automobiles. It is very noisy with all three! Staff not helpful and breakfast poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and the wait times for the elevator were very long at times. Overall, I liked the property and I see that upgrades are being done as the first 3 floors were under renovations. Hope to see it when new furniture and rooms are updated and all elevators are working.
