Loved the lobby - we had a few broken things in our room (bathroom door didn’t lock, coffee maker was broken but they did replace it with a new one, drain in our bathroom was broken). We also had a room right outside the elevator on a weekend there was a wedding so it was loud! The staff was super polite and helpful. For a family of 5, we had two queens and a pull out sofa. The sofa was so uncomfortable but the other two beds were great.

The size of the suite was wonderful, this was a working/ pleasure trip and we were able to conduct both ease. Our only complaint was the noise from room above ours and the noise from the ongoing road construction in front of the hotel

Stay from hell!

I don’t unusually leave reviews but since the hotel has a lack of compassion, future customers need to beware! Not only did I have to wake my family up at 2 am because our room was INFESTED with roaches, my car was stolen right off of their premises! There are coincidentally NO CAMERAS facing the parking lot so the hotel staff was no help at all. So that was another sleepless night that has left us traumatized and now I have to pursue legal action. Also, this hotel attracts the strangest people. It seems that there were other nefarious things going on. The food is mediocre at best! The entire stay was a nightmare! Take heed and stay in a more safe, cleaner hotel! I expected more from a Marriott/Sheridan establishment.

We loved our stay here! It was out of the craziness of Fort Lauderdale’s busier areas and the hotel was beautiful! The fountain area was so pretty and returning to the hotel every day was so welcoming and elegant. Also, I’m not sure what they used but it smelled so good every time we entered the lobby! And staff was so friendly and helpful.
