Refg, didn’t work took them 6 days to replace it. Only cleaned the room once and eight days and had to ask them to clean it, Very frustrating! Pool not working and was green inside of it🤮 😷 gross😡 Very bad part of town, We were walking down the side walk, Random people were yelling at us saying very bad language to me and my boyfriend, I was born in south Florida and never experienced that type of people!! And behavior 😢😡 And never seen a Hotel ran so terribly in my life‼️😡😡😡

The continental breakfast was terrible. Barely any items and they don’t seem to stock up once they run out of something. Pool area is very small and run down. Elevator was very rickety and the doors made an awful noise. We took the stairs in fear of it breaking down

I loved the shower it was so relaxing I felt so bussin. The one thing I did not like was that the coffee machine is on the sink inside the bathroom, that's very unsanitary

The room we stayed in has a sleeper sofa that is very dirty with food stuck on the sides of the cushions and the fabric has a lot of dirt marks. My kids slept on a bed with bedbugs, when they woke up in the morning, they were full of bedbug bites, my kid who slept with long sleeved pjs had it worse, both his arms were riddled with bedbug bites, it looked like he was wearing multiple bracelets around his arms aside from the bites on his trunk and legs. I told the front desk about it so it will not happen to the next person who’s going to check in to that room, but it was downplayed by the staff, I was told that there were no bedbugs when their maintenance crew checked.
