rude service and musty rooms

Terrible service, every encounter with front staff made you feel like you were bothering them! The room key needed reprogramming after every use and the rude receptionist would blame us for the problem. Musty smelling rooms, limited breakfast options that was usually packed by people that looked like they were living there.

The reservation was canceled because the card was not authorized, however I made the reservation on the same page at another hotel and it was authorized. The receptionist had very bad customer service until we were offended by the situation. the payment made to guarantee the reservation was not returned

Day One.....upon entering the room, it spelled like mildew and who ever cleaned the room prior to my arrival didn't no a good job, (finger prints all over the back of the main door and the front of the closet door. the bedspread had a serious odor to it. I immediately took it off and placed it on the table for the remainder of the stay. Day Two.....Continental Breakfast, consist of making your own waffles, cold cereal, and maybe a fruit if u lucky. the only good thing was they had orange juice and coffee. however the staff was very nice and helpful. don't think I would be staying there again anytime soon.
