The suit was in a multi use complex with permanent residence and holiday accommodation. There suite was clean and well appointed. There are no daily services provided. Depending upon location in the building noise can be a factor. There is a new outdoor bar that plays very loud music into the night and rail tracks that run beside the building.

Too Much Trouble
I have stayed here several times now. It is very convenient for the Broward Center, which is why I stay there. The river view rooms are a great view and fun boat watching. But the latest changes are not great. They moved the lobby and there's no directions on how to get there. They seem to have a lot of staff behind the check-in desk, like 4 or 5 people, but only ONE was working to check people in. As such, it took like 20 minutes to check in even though there weren't many people waiting. Last, plan on and extra $100 per day in parking and "resort fees". Yeah that's right - an extra $100 PER DAY. Oh, and did I mention the TRAINS?...

This hotel is so close to being great. The decor is lovely, proximity to downtown is excellent, but the noise is something else. The very active train line right next to it is unbelievably loud, and woke me up every night of my stay. Weighing whether it's worth just investing in some ear plugs vs. staying somewhere else next time.

Everything was wonderful during our entire week stay at the Flow. Front desk very helpful and friendly. No balcony furniture as advertised. Only negative was Valet as it took forever for car to arrive when requested on the App. Allow 15-20 minutes for vehicle when requesting Valet.

Great place to stay with a full kitchen, washer, dryer in the unit. The local grocery store has a branch close to the hotel. The pool, hot tub and cool bath are great. the train is a problem but for the benefits far outweighed the train noise.

A very different hotel, rooms were large like a studio apartment with small kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and large closet area, long multiple hallways to get to our room. The gym was great, location was very good right on the riverwalk and a short walk to Las Olas Blvd. The staff was great.
