Epic place to stay in Fort Lauderdale without car.
The place is immaculate, staff is top notch. Security in front and in parking garage makes it a safe place with great walkable options at the riverfront for dining. I would say the one thing that could make it better would be for them to ditch the intense fragrance all over the lobby, elevators, hallways. It's just too much. I don't need to feel like I can taste it in my mouth.

Very nice location with easy access to the Riverwalk. This is not a hotel-hotel as there are also long term residents; however, it is nice to have staff on site to assist with checkin or concerns . Pool and gym located on the P floor. Unit has a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and washer and dryer. The bed, however, is not a full size queen and was a bit small for 2 small to mid size adults.

Awesome FLOW Ft. Lauderdale
The Fort Lauderdale flow was one of the better Hotel experiences we have had in our travels. It was easy to find, maybe a little tricky to find the front door, the lobby the spacious and the staff were awesome. In our case it was a little bit of a maze to find our room through hallways, and the elevator is a little bit disguised if it's your first time here. Our room was outstanding, one of the best most thought out rooms I have stayed in. Creature Comforts were everywhere and carefully thought out. Our particular room was a Corner Room of sorts that had a view of the river and the museum . While we loved it and enjoyed hearing everyone on the riverfront , some folks might want to know ahead of time there are train tracks there are frequent trains . I would stay in the same room again because they did not bother us but good to know . I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Flow Team.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Hotel has 34 floors and only two elevators, one of which is occasionally used as a service elevator. I had to wait at least 15 minutes on four different occasions just for the elevator. Must use room key for elevator as well as hallways. My key didn’t work so had replaced by front desk. Ended waited again for elevator to find that key didn’t work either. Luckily I thought I saw housekeeping working a room from mine, since she walked in on me unannounced I asked her to let me in my room. She refused. Room itself is large with hardly any usable furniture. Gigantic tv in sitting room with none in bedroom. Shower is an accident waiting to happen. No grab bars or no slip floors. Rug in bedroom is waiting for someone to trip. Would never stay here again.

Stunning rooms, great staff and beautiful views. Clean and frash. For management, I'll have to comments: Please always have water bottles available, there were none when we arrived and friendly staff told us that there's no more. Shower did not work.

Great amenities— a REAL gym for working out, massive swimming pool with hot tub, luxurious seating dotted at various points, apartment style rooms complete with balcony and in unit washer/dryer. Not the best for beach access but I knew that going in (clocked in at about 1 hr walk). It is right by the riverfront walk and all downtown has to offer. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing! Rooms were beautiful modern style, plenty of space and very comfortable. Walking distance to las Olas, restaurants, and events. Pool area spacious and clean, restaurant by the pool was great! The whole experience was great no complaints at all. We were there for New Year’s Eve weekend, it was a great choice!
