This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel I travel a lot. This time I took my truck and from the parking lot of the hotel it was stolen The front desk was unhelpful they even didn’t care Not a sorry for the inconvenience I am feel so bad because my truck was everything that I have after I lost everything I still in shock

Staff was amazing. Unfortunately the rooms need to be seriously updated. Rooms have noticeable wear and tear. I always bring my own cleaning products for any hotel I stay at. Hotel good for short stay but not longer than 2 days, at least for my family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although early check in is not guaranteed, they have an area for your luggage while you wait. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to many establishments. The rate was great as well. I would stay again!

Check in was easy, but was taken off guard when I was told they wouldn't be able to accommodate our time for a shuttle. Our flight was at 5:30am and need to be taken to the airport at 3:30am. I was told the first shuttle doesn’t run until 4:30am. This was the top priority in me selecting this hotel. It does not state anywhere that the shuttle only runs at certain times. I have 5:30am flights all the time and have never had this issue with getting a shuttle to take me to the airport!

Sold our room after check in

The hotel sold our room that we had already booked and confirmed. We were already checked in online and our flight was delayed so we didn’t we to the hotel until late. When we arrived they let us know that they over sold and we had to walk to another hotel at 2am. Would not recommend, the whole purpose of booking in advance is to have the comfort of knowing our hotel is confirmed.
