After making a reservation several months in advance, I received notification by email upon arrival at the airport that the reservation was canceled. The phone number to call was not functional and when trying to contact the property I was routed to an oversea agent. When contacting the property directly, I was told there was nothing available and there was nothing they could do. I was told a supervisor would call back and never received a phone call to help find another accommodation in the area.

Springhill Suites staff are the friendliest in FLL! The rooms are big and breakfast are great. Food and shopping are all walking distance!

My friends and I stayed one night before our cruise. It felt safe and we were able to walk close by for supper. Breakfast was awesome! Very Clean and staff super friendly. I would stay there again!

Great room, had a lot of space and was clean. We arrived early around 10am after getting off a cruise, they let us check in as soon as the room was ready around 12pm. Great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
