Beautiful lobby with free coffee starion. Outdoor Pool was well maintained and comfortable. Rooms spacious with a large couch that can sleep a person. Washroom dated. I will definitely return. Close to airport and cruise terminal. Lots of shopping nearby.

Lovely hotel, walkable to shops and dining. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle service to and from airport was quick and on time. Great breakfast. Had an issue with our TV, maintenance came right up to fix. Would definitely stay here again

First time and definitely not the last! It is such a peaceful and relaxing space for my small family. I forgot her name on the front desk but on our check-in after our cruise, she made sure that we get our room asap as she saw I have loud and cranky but cute little one. Appreciate your effort in trying to get us our room, as it tends to be really challenging with a toddler.

Very nice breakfast buffet, not as noisy as some have commented on, staff was helpful in obtaining transportation to the cruise port by calling taxi service for us (3). Taxi service is metered, not flat rate, about $20, while shuttle is $20 per person.

Was disappointed to see the pool was closed. The shuttle took an hour to get us at the airport and the suites were very small. Maintenance did come up to fix the broken toilet. I don’t think we will ever stay here again
