The property is decent and reasonable. We faced issues during check-in, as the receptionist mentioned she didn't see our reservation and wouldn't be able to help, as it was through Expedia. However, she was able to assist us later when the reservation appeared without us doing anything. I don't know what was wrong.

Always an awesome stay, I've been staying there for years. Unfortunately they've started charging guests for parking which wasn't a thing before. I still love the place, it's in an amazing and convenient location, i just don't like the nickel and diming

The room was ok but the furniture is very much outdated and so is the gym. The hotel breakfast is by far the worst meal i've had anywhere. There was an a/c leak in the lobby the entire time i was there and the pool was not clean. I request extra ammenties for the room which i got about two days later. The bathrooms are extremely small and the tub leaked from the outside everytime i used it. Some positives are the surrounding area which felt safe and close to gas stations and the westfield mall. Overall, i probably would not stay at this hotel again unless they make some major changes. The staff were not rude but could be a bit more enthusiast about their service delivery.

Second time staying here. Staff is great. Quiet, affordable place. Haven't had any complaints as yet. They are persuading me to switch from my frequent hotel to them. That other place don't even include breakfast but they do which is good.
