A great stay
Hotel was nice, clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my time tere. I had only stayed at 1 other sonesta, in Memphis. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a friendly staff member. This was a unplanned trip and the hotel that I originally booked for the night, had a non-working elevator which prompted me to find another room in 10 minutes. Sometimes you just make the right choice under pressure. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

The rooms are nice however the WiFi was not good. Couldn’t connect to it no matter what. They give you a password but there’s no prompt to enter it like at other hotels once you connect to it. Had to use my personal hot spot for internet. The TVs are outdated and there is no channel information or guide so you have to go through each channel to figure out what station it was (if it was abs or cbs etc). The breakfast is limited - not a lot of options— eggs/potatoes/sausage, cereal, n some pastries) have to pay for parking each night which is annoying and is ridiculous compare to surrounding hotels that don’t do that.

The Property is in a safe neighborhood. It is a stone throw away from a newly built shopping plaza with a Publix Supermarket and other quick eateries . A lot of chain restaurants are within the area and the Broward Mall and Fountains Plaza are very close by for those up for a brisk walk. The Sawgrass Mills Mall is within a 5 minute drive.

My family absolutely loved this hotel & will be back. They upgraded our suite for free & were very patient and accommodating. The room was very nice & spacious. None of us could stay out the vanity mirror, I need one in my house now. The breakfast was delicious & had many options, easily my fav from a hotel thus far. Dog friendly for sure! I loved the dog poo area was far enough from the hotel not to smell poop & even has poop bags. We loved the lobby has a cute dog stand with free biscuits & dog bandannas.
