This is the worst property I have ever stayed in. We checked in for three nights with two rooms, and one of the rooms was never cleaned during our entire stay, even after informing the front desk for three consecutive days. The front desk staff was highly unprofessional—they simply told us they couldn't do anything and handed me the general manager's card to file a complaint. During breakfast, my wife accidentally left the lid off one of the food items. The server, a lady, insisted we close the lid before she allowed any other guest to do so. Is this really what we should expect from the hospitality industry? Yes, we forgot to close the lid, but what would it have cost her to simply do it herself? The entire hotel seems to lack proper training and has employed rude, untrained staff with no understanding of basic hospitality. I highly recommend you avoid staying at this hotel.

Upon arrival I was downgraded to a queen room because they oversold the king suite. In 11 days, they changed my sheets once. Light maid service every 3 days. Sofa cushion in suite needed replacement. I arrived and for 10 of my 11 days, the roof was being replaced. Several large dead trees on the property. Small pool, needed skimming, I asked for them to vacuum it, they did. Free breakfast was overcooked , bacon paper thin, powdered eggs. . Seas leaves on your rental car each morning and the parking was full of leaves. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and a nuce bathroom.
