Very dated property and not worth the money we spent on it. We arrived as a group of 20 people that rented 8 rooms. The parking was terrible and 2 cars in our party were hit by another backing up twice. The room was clean but dated. beds were not comfortable and pillows super small and only 2/bed. The Property was not what it showed in the pictures and we drove around the block twice before we discovered this little motel was actually the place. No real "office" just a desk in a supply room. They don't tell you ahead of time it is $10 more per day to park also but not really enough parking for even 10 small vehicles. No food, soda machines or anything like that and if you had a ground floor room be careful not to walk out of the room and fall into the pool. Very misleading and would not recommend.

Location was key. Beach and amphitheater so convenient as well as the pier and shops/restaurants. Room was very clean and updates were a plus. Only downside was check in. Nobody in office and had to call. Otherwise a well kept private property.

Our room had a smashed window , my next room did not have a working toilet and the other had cockroaches The check in is in the maids closet , we couldn’t even get 1 extra pillow The parking lot is the size of a deck of cards Never ever stay here AND they charge 260 a night. They should be ashamed of themselves as should Expedia for even posting this dump Do not ever consider staying here

great location & comfy

quick responses whenever I needed something - nice size room with kitchenette.... great location - ez walk to beach. Wish there was a dresser or luggage rack - had to use the ironing board to place my suitcase. Had several issues with appliances: the electric stove and the microwave. Many of staff did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate.

There was no place to hang clothes in the room or bathroom or closet. We were in room number four in the bed had bad springs and slumped in the middle making sleeping uncomfortable. There was a musty smell in the room but the room was clean.

Business Meeting in South Florida

There is a reason why the price is so low. There is no lobby to check in. You have to call a number, and they come over from another property. There were 3 rooms cleaned and available when I got there at 230p. The lady absolutely would not let me check in till 3pm. I sat outside, because there was no lobby, for 1/2 hour. Stay away !!!
