Great for a one night stay. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and kind. Rooms were nice, our only issue was the blinds for your room were completely see through so it let all of the outside light in at night. Breakfast at the hotel was quite good! Shuttle service was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. We were unaware we had to pre-book a time so trying to get picked up on arrival at FLL was a bit of a mess. It eventually worked out but we were extremely disappointed with the customer service of the shuttle company when trying to arrange pickup. I'm not sure who we spoke to but he was quite rude during all interactions. The hotel staff mentioned this was an ongoing issue, it might be time to look into another shuttle service.

Get close to the port, with transportation!!!!
A GOOD CHOICE before your cruise. The hotel is probably 3 miles or a less from port Everglades and the airport. Everyone's talking about Alysssa. She's the young lady who asssited us with booking complimentary airport to hotel shuttle, and also storing our luggage to checking us in early. Every step of the way she was awesome. We arrived in Ft. Lauderdale before 10 am. We shuttled to the hotel. Walked down to a restaurant called rendezvous and had lunch. Alyssa called us around noon to let us know our room was ready. This was perfect as we were traveling with our disabled daughter who needed to unwind. The rooms are nice, clean for the most part, just a few minor things could be attended to. The hotel is going through renovations, however it smells amazing. There's a restaurant on in the lobby. We didn't get a chance to try it but it's something on the menu for MOSTLY everybody. We booked our port shuttle with the same company for the next day, it's not complimentary, it's currently $15pp which is fair. The drivers are familiar with the area and crew so they get you right in. I definitely recommend this property for your pre/post cruise visit. There's not much else around the property. We did catch an Uber to Winn Dixie which is about 2 miles away for $5 both ways. I hope this helps 🙂

Hidden gem - booked for overnight stay before cruise out of Miami. Staff incredible, very warm, generous, superb customer service. Phenomenal burger at the bar / restaurant- recommended by the bar tender . Did not disappoint.

Phone didn’t work. The bathroom was not user friendly. You have one sliding door that only one person can use so either someone taking a shower and using the bathroom. The shower doesn’t have a shelf or ledge to put anything on. Very strange set up. Won’t be coming back.

Lobby is under construction. Arrived and nobody at the desk. Finally a girl gingerly walked over with no personality, felt we were putting her out. Booked a king & none available. Room was run down, shade ripped as we overlooked the highway. There’s nothing worse than staring at someone’s hair on the wall of the shower. This place was nice a year ago but definitely run down & needs some TLC

Run down hotel.
Run down hotel. Would have been nice if they had said the restaurant/bar was under renovation when I booked. Menu at the “restaurant” was extremely limited - more like lame pub food than restaurant. Room had bad lighting, drawers that didn’t close, shower head and water pressure terrible. Pool is small and not heated. Room was super loud with it being right on the highway. Staff couldn’t be bothered to be kind or helpful. The mini “store” had only chips, a couple pieces of candle, freezer burned ice cream and pot pie. Nothing anyone would ever want to eat. Coffee was weak and terrible. Would not ever stay here again.
