10 min drive to fort Lauderdale airport early am.

We were never told the hotel was under construction. We were not told how to use the elevator system. The view from the window was air conditioning units. Within minutes of checking in we had a family emergency and had to leave. We had to pay full price for a room we did not stay in! The manager would not even discuss a partial payment or reduced payment for our situation.

Was not inpresses with not knowing proptery was under a remodel floors were hritty in the room could not give but one regular coffee in the room and none at front desk to cover. 2 people were staying in room . We had a flight before the free breakfast so was very disapointing to not at least have coffee. Would not pick this location again for our next cruise.

Property was under renovation and I was not informed. I would have selected a different venue. Restaurant was deserted because they did not have most things and the service was horrendous. The front desk staff was nice but their system was down. The room was lovely but did not make up for all the other inconveniences.

The tiles in the shower look moldy! The toilet area shares a glass door with the shower and no door to the bathroom! Not ideal when you’re sharing a room with your daughter and son-in-law. Plus they have a mirror adjacent to the opening. Everyone can see and hear everything that happens in the restroom! LOL!

I was here for 2 nights. Yes it is under renovation, but still has everything available. The check in lady was great and explained everything to me, and the bar service was fantastic (Shoutout to Steve!!!) despite being under Reno. I had the spring rolls, key lime pie.. and a few expertly made cocktails. It was quiet and I felt very safe as a solo female. Walkable to a great seafood restaurant and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
