Amazing view from our 9th floor room that was also one of biggest we've ever had. Love the beach spaces available although they charge for umbrellas. Restaurant overlooking beach is also great and we had all 3 meals there. Location is great for food and beach. Very clean and modern property and wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms are clean, well kept, and the ocean view is incredible. Only weird thing is sometimes the lobby smelled like manure??? Other than that, the hotel was great for the location and cleanliness.

We spent a week at The Atlantic Hotel and Spa. We found it interesting that the same type of hotel room could have completely different layouts and have different features because of being independently owned. We weren't expecting to have a washer and dryer but our room had one. We enjoyed being right on the A1A and being able to walk to some restaurants in the evenings. We thought the parking was quite salty and was probably my only negative foe this hotel. We took full advantage of the beach (chairs and towels included) and pool every minute we could. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the hotel and the beach. The dining options are great and walkable. The property could use some maintenance. The hot tub is super tiny, I think it only fits 4 and that’s still pretty tight. The walls in our room were paper thin so we could hear the young family staying next to us, especially in the evening when we were trying to relax and get ready for bed. Otherwise, the room was convenient and clean, which is a huge plus for me and to wake up to the beautiful ocean view every morning made for a great mini vacation.

This hotel was only a mile from the Tortuga Music Festival, and was an easy walk to and from the festival. Our suite was spacious. The bathroom was huge, and our ocean front balcony was splendid! We loved it. The only things I can say we didn't enjoy was there weren't any electrical outlets near the bed, and the our floors were not cleaned with the daily cleaning services. I don't enjoy sand all over my feet. If there had been a broom available within the room, I would have cleaned it up myself with no complaints.

Great hotel, great location, extremely convenient being in a beachfront property. One downside is that they don't have a beach setup like the neighboring hotels like the Conrad where they don't have wait staff on the beach or a bungalow where you can get drinks, food, snacks, etc. Only major issue was that front desk staff was horrendous. Rude, not accommodating, managers talking over more junior staff and not being helpful at all. We arrived a little early (330pm for a 4 o'clock check-in) and asked if a room could be ready given that my wife is pregnant. Junior staff was looking to see what could be done but manager rudely interjected basically saying nothing is ready and that as the junior staff said, they will contact us when the room is ready. Happened again with another manager later in the night. It seemed as if they are told to just steamroll guests. Very odd exchanges. Room service or standard requests for the room also took multiple calls down to the desk and still took awhile to arrive to room. Managers were again very short with us even when we decided to add a night to our stay where one staff member said one price but another said something different price later on and basically said take it or leave it. Ended up booking again through expedia since it was significantly cheaper. Would stay here again but front desk needs a real attitude check.
