We appreciated the air conditioner, the hot shower. The bedding appeared clean. We were early and the staff held onto our bags for us until our room was ready. Unfortunately, there was only one towel in the room there was a used washcloth and soap hanging in the shower. We were able to get an extra towel and washcloth. If the room was cleaned better, I could give it a better rating. It was dirty in the corners, walls, and nothing appeared to have been wiped down in awhile. The dresser drawers looked like they had not been cleaned and there were coins and something sticky in one of the night stand drawers. The chairs were dirty and stained. One of the windows only had a sheer curtain on it and the light from outside that shined in the entire night. One of the screens was bent. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It wouldn't take much to clean the room up a bit and get some blinds or a heavier curtain for the window. There was some trash outside of our room that just remained there. It could be a decent little motel if it was cared for better.

The place was not clean, no toilet paper holder, no electrical outlet in the bathroom, moldy shower head, bathroom sink faucet barely attached, the pictures of the property showed a stove, there was none. A/C had no control to turn it up or down or off so it had to be unplugged if it got to cold in the room. Television remote did not operate the tv, paint was hanging off the ceiling, had a strong offensive odor, had to ask for towels, there were old used towels, bar soap and old shampoo left in shower. I had to go to the store to buy Lysol wipes and spray bleach so I could feel half-way safe using the shower and kitchen table, so noisy that sleeping was a problem! There was nothing else available in the area so I had no choice but to stay. They should tear this place down and start over! The price was way too high for this place!

Decent motel in a very convenient area. The beach is only a minute walk from the room, but since the motel faces the road, it can get a little noisy. Our first room was not as nice because the windows did not close making it cold at night, the toilet seat was broken, and some electronics did not work. We were given a different room which was much better, but obviously not a 5 star room. I left my bathing suit to dry on the line outside, and it was stolen; so hopefully whoever reads this is warned and to be careful with your belongings. The front desk closes at 6 for the day, luckily we made it right before so make sure you don’t miss it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, and the front desk lady Jennifer was helpful with our problems.

The room smelled of Mold and we were congested our entire stay. The old wall air condition dripped brown fluid the entire time. The coffee maker had old moldy coffee in it. No towels or wash clothes provided. I literally had to purchase them from Doordash. There was dead roaches in the restroom, and the overall property was gross! NOT taken care of AT ALL. Rusty broken down grill outside, and the entire building looks like it should be condemned. This location should not be listed on Hotels/Expedia as this is a low budget motel under poor management. I have reported them to 311 for healthy safety violations.

We did not stay as the room did not have a working smoke detector. The photos on hotels.com do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The kitchen was not equipped and the hotel is right at the road, making it very noisy. The front desk staff was friendly but could not answer questions about the tv. The exterior had not been maintained. We were there for about 15 minutes before deciding it was not a place to spend 3 nights.

This hotel was a 1 minute walk to the beach which was amazing!! We stayed for only 1 night so it was great. The floors didnt look like they had been swept and the fire alarm kept ringing because the battery was low. But the service was amazing! I would stay again for a short stay.

We were guaranteed a late check in for booking through Expedia, however, when we called to advise the hotel that we would be arriving later than expected, nobody answered or returned our voicemails or emails. They refuse to give a refund even though we weren't even able to stay. We had to walk down the street in Florida late at night and try to find another hotel to stay at. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We had to sleep in our car because they don’t have anybody in the whole property that give you your room keys at night, the lobby just open from 10am which is too late to 6pm which is too early for people that fly at night. They should pay one more person to give attention to people that comes to the hotel at night.

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and they were out of soap the whole time, not a huge deal, but if you say you are going to provide it, then do so, some pack according to what is offered.
