The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, the website has no information whatsoever concerning parking. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only offer valet parking. Therefore, we allowed them to park our car. The following day I went to the valet desk to have them retrieve my car, and noticed a sign that stated valet parking was $55 per night. Not only is this information not included on the website, the staff did not mention a word about it. In my opinion, if someone is paying $300 per night, the valet parking should definitely be included, if that is the only option. In addition, our stay, was due to having to evacuate from hurricane Milton, and I feel that better accommodations could have been made for those who could not necessarily afford $300 a night or $55 a night for parking.

It was good at first because they let us check in early. However, we paid for the resort fee but then the guy in charge of the beach chairs kicked us out before 5pm. (They said hours of operation is from 8-5pm) we felt offended and walked off and complained to the front desk because it made our day ruined. We planned on staying by the beach at the very last second and we are aware that they close at 5. After this everything else went bad. The room that we got is hot even when we set the temperature to the coldest. Maintenance came but it wasnt fixed. Ended up having to change room just before 12 midnight which was exhausting. The next day we had bfast at Tinta and the server gave us an attitude. Overall 6/10 for the experience. The only good side is that its so close to the beach.

Paid for king size and reserved it got two full and on top of that gave me a room with a view of a wall. Was expecting to have a great experience for the price I paid never staying at this hotel ever again. The staff is amazing but that experience of paying for something and getting half that value never again. Over priced for the experience I had.
