The bathroom is unnaturally small. The door hits the toilet seat so navigating your way into the shower, behind the door requires acrobatics and forget putting a towel on the floor to step onto when you get out, you’ll lose a toe opening the door to get back out of the bathroom.
The room however was huge. They definitely could have spared 2-3 extra feet for the bathroom and the room was nice and cold when we got in.
The bed… well I didn’t inspect it BEFORE leaving for our event and when I got back I found blood spots in it. When I told the front desk, they apologized but expected me to then change the sheets on the bed myself… I was confused. I paid for a hotel to have a clean bed, not so that I could change the dirty sheets from another guest…………….
I gave 3 stars because the hotel “tried” to make it right. They offered free breakfast the next day, but it was only good on the continental breakfast and that was just this side of disgusting and their service in that area was atrocious or Maybe the waiter just didn’t want to help me because I looked wrecked from only getting 5 hours of sleep that night and then having to wake up and roll out of bed to get the free breakfast.
I would not stay here again because the staff definitely made me feel awful for complaining about the blood stained sheets, which is crazy because I was too exhausted to even be properly mad about it. I was apologizing to them when they made the mistake. But hey, no roaches!
