Hotel itself was ok, we were on the 9th floor and woke up countless times throughout the night due to the trains beeping, police sirens (multiple times) and people yelling in the middle of the night. Also not in the best area, we made the mistake to walk to dinner and witnessed some very questionable things along the way. It was fine for one night but likely wouldn't stay here again.

The mismatch between cost (high) and quality (low) is so substantial that it borders on poetic. A sampling of a few things that I did not like: > Paid Parking ($30/day), with a gate that works occasionally (as a result, you're required to go to the front desk and beg to be let in) > The rooms are reminiscent of the accommodations is Saw 3. > The "hotel' is several miles away from anything. You must traverse a wildness of construction sites, homeless encampments and 6 lane roads in order to get to anything Do your best to avoid this. I would have preferred to sleep on the beach (face down in the sand) than to stay here.

We actually did not stay there. We were traveling with a U-Haul trailer attached to our truck & bc this hotel was downtown, they did not have accommodating parking for us. Closest lot would be $90 per day. Also their pool was under construction & not available for use.

We especially loved the greeting we received from Kenya! She was so sweet and professional. There was also another young lady who helped check us in who was also great. Staff was amazing. Connie grabbed the elevator for me when my hands were full even though she was busy cleaning something. She did it without being asked. Excellent service.

To many homeless sleeping on the street near the hotel . No accesible parking. If you want to park in the property you have to pay $30 dollars a day . Across the street there is a meter parking lot. But it is not convenient.

Our stay was so disappointing that I don’t even know where to begin. It was so bad that it ruined our honeymoon. I guess I’ll start from the beginning: When we checked in, we were informed that the pool was closed. This inconvenient detail was not listed on their Expedia listing. In fact, their very first photo on the listing is a gorgeous image of their pool. The Expedia listing was tagged as “parking included”. What does that mean? It means you have to pay $30/night for a parking pass in the TINIEST parking garage. They would not comp our parking for any of the inconveniences we experienced (see above and below). When we checked in, we were given the wrong room number and keycard. When we finally got the correct keycard, we found that the outlets in our room didn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous. At breakfast, we found that there was a LOT more false advertising going on than we realized. The Expedia listing had donuts in the picture of their breakfast bar. There were no donuts, which my husband was very much looking forward to. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower are not disability friendly. I have a bad wrist due to having surgery a few years ago, and I was not strong enough to squeeze the bottles that are bolted to the wall. If you’re going to offer complimentary toiletries, they need to be accessible to all guests. Shame on you, Hilton. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our honeymoon was ruined.

I enjoyed my stay. The property is in the heart of downtown so it is close to everything. The only thing I regret is the pool being closed during my stay.
