The beds were super uncomfortable and only had 3 pillows. 2 small and 1 big, all of which were flat. AC didnt work in our first room so we were moved to another room. The AC was better but still stayed at 73 and never reached desired temperature.

One receptionist was very helpful and nice, the other very useless, didnt know anything, was rude and not helpful at all which unfortunately affected our experience a lot. The rooms are small, but they do have what you need to stay over night. Shuttle to airport is terrible...they said to wait at certain termial, and they never showed up.

Great place for a stay the night before leaving on a cruise. Lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Multiple dining options within walking distance. Easy Uber ride to cruise terminal. Free airport shuttle was a bonus!! Shuttle driver was friendly, professional and prompt
