The air-condition could not be shut off, even with the termostat turned to off. About midnight I call the front desk, no answer. I could not get any sleep. I would have been better off just sitting at the airport. The breakfast is a pure junk Why Hilton wants to put its name on this dump I'll never understand! Terrible!

Rooms are very small though organized well to maximize space. There is lots of traffic noise, even on a high floor. There is only one restaurant within walking distance. Shuttle service needs work. We waited over an hour at the airport. Then our shuttle to the cruise terminal (which was paid and reserved ahead of time) was over an hour late. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t like that I booked at the end of August and had proof of payment and reservation, however the hotel had no record of my reservation. And they were sold out. Was eventually able to accommodate us, but wow. Was told bookings thru Expedia were done third party. Will not use Expedia again

The hotel is fairly new..yet has cheap wall air conditioning units that clang, bang and are super loud. Hard to sleep! The windows are single paned and you hear every street noise outside.. loud traffic, continuous sirens, and screeching brakes. The hotels lobby is too small and not accommodating for the amount of overpriced rooms being sold. The rooms are very small, no luggage racks, closet, drawers, coffee/tea maker, and limited towels. The cheap small refrigerator was noisy all night.. and we found the fan cover in the bathroom coming off. The area around the property is limited for places to eat/shop and felt unsafe at night. We will not recommend or stay at this property again!
