We signed up for the airport shuttle the day before on the iPad like instructed. The next day there was some sort of police matter going on Ana someone getting kicked out of the hotel when I asked about the airport shuttle I was told they come inside to get us well after waiting 2 hours we were told it picks up outside the driver pulled up and was not very nice and was like next shuttle in 50 minutes so we just took an uber. I would not stay here again people were not very friendly

Had to wait for front desk to check us in as no one was at the desk (there was a note). After getting unloaded, showered and into bed, only to discover that the foot area under the covers was loaded with sand. The bed obviously hadnt been changed after the last guest and they had been at the beach. When notifying the front desk, they did apologize and switch us into another room. When I went down to get the new keys, I had to go look for the front desk clerk and he was playing pool with other hotel staff. The new room was cleaner but had light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom.

Very dirty floor. Only one chair in the room. Bathroom shelf fell apart. No closet. No coffee or tea or water in the room. Water in the sink yellow. No pictures no decoration. No rug or carpet. Floor very dirty. We spilled water and after wiping down with paper towel very dirty floor. Breakfast was absolutely awful. No eggs. All gone. Only carbs no fruit or veggies. Very basic hotel. Like a youth hostel. I was so upset about choosing this. I was reading all the good reviews and don't understand any of them.
