Minor inconvenience - no ice bucket in room. Had to call guest services and they brought a small container of ice to my room. Staff waa very friendly but check-in took a long time (they were having computer issues. Shuttle from the airport was convenient.

The check in girl was very cordial and helpful. We were able to get drinks at the hotel and were able to order in pizza. (We arrived later in the evening.) The shuttle service was brutal. We waited for well over an hour and the driver was very indifferent. Don’t take the shuttle unless you’ve got time to burn. Grab a cab.

Hilton in the name but not Hilton standards. Lobby is welcoming, bright & comfy, but some staff was rude, breakfast opened late putting a wrench on our 6am plans, noisy wonky room AC. Not terrible, but not what we expected. Many options on that same street.
